I’ve just completed our 3rd deal with Smart Property Sourcing. It always amazes me how this company pulls so many strings together to create - quite literally - the perfect package. From seller to sourcer, legals to refurbs, everything is open, upfront and on time. Such a pleasure in today’s overpopulated property industry to find an ethical company committed to making the deal work for everyone involved.
