These guys are so critical. Kept me up to speed the whole way through. Im glad I retained these guys, I’m in a better position now to get back on track.

My experience has been beyond excellent. The staff are not only professional but also very supportive and approachable. They take the time to explain each step clearly and are always there to answer any questions which makes the process feel much less overwhelming. DebtSolver has saved me!!!

I was drowning in debt due to my family situation and, honestly, not being great with money at the time. I felt completely backed into a corner.

Then I came across their ad and decided to reach out. At first, I was skeptical, but they’re accredited by the BBB, which gave me some reassurance.

Debt solvers is a scam. They lie to you every step of the way. They provide no service. Do not waste your money. They tell you about a magical video call with a signing officer that never happens, they also tell you that they can qualify you for a government program to reduce your debt by 60%, there is no such program. Please dont fall for it like I did. In regards to debtsolvers response.... you claim to be able to reduce debt through a " government programme" which is a lie.... even your signing officer said you guys scam people and she feels bad about taking referrals from you because its the same story every time.... you scam people that are at their utmost vulnerable.... shame on you

My honest review about these guys is that you dont need them to go through consolidation. I wasted over 1500.00 for them to basically give me a phone number to a company in my city that is doing all the legal work. My fault for being uneducated on this. This company doesnt even deserve a one star. They a preying on people that need financial guidance. Please dont use this company. Reach out to companies in you town/city. I did everything I was told paid them on time, never late once. I have reached out to the company letting them know I will be leaving a bad review. My loss i just hope no one falls for this too.

I delt with Ron from start . I had a lot of anxiety going into this with reading the bad reviews. However I noticed all were replied to. I work with public so really understand some people can not be helped.
He always answered my questions right away and helped put my mind at ease.
This is the first weekend in months I can enjoy thanks to Debtsolvers and their staff like Ron.
I am moving ahead with the process and now dealing with admin and Brandon, he is awesome as well and I am free to reach back to Ron at any time. They cut my debt by 2/3 and now payback at 0% not those payday loan crazy interest rates. Thank you so much for all your help and allowing me to ask endless questions, and treating me with kindness and respect .

DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL!

They call you and give you service to the point they need you! If things don't go their way or they don't get a sale out of you, they will stop responding and ignore you entirely.

I have reported them to the authorities.

Worse company out there, they said they would be with me every step of the way not, all they did is strong me along for 3 months, told me to ignore the emails and phone calls, stop paying the credit card companies and the CRA, they would look after them and contact them. Big mistake trusting them, everyone they told me to ignore, had law suits and were ready to seize my accounts, They also lost all my personal information. In the end I was in more trouble now hen I was before I used them. They are Not in the BBB also not licensed and just a middle man. RUN for the hills.

The response from Debtsolvers is full of lies. I had to pay, up front, $2,260.00 before I knew they would start doing anything for me. They also dragged this on for three months saying they were in contact with my debtors and not to contact them or pay them. Two of the people I was dealing with told me, more than 2 times, that they lost or accidently deleted all of my personal information. I thought something was wrong so I contacted my debtors and all of them said they had never heard of or were contacted by Debtsolvers. I do not know who they got a debt down for, but I had to stop all the collection and law suits myself before they seized my accounts. 2024 04/09 response The response from Debtsolvers is full of lies. Again. You have not done or completed anything to help me but to get further in debit, this is why you have no idea what you are talking about. Your workers, that I was dealing with, never said once or sent me an email that you or your company completed anything or had anything done. Also, your worker sent me a text telling told me I broke the contract, by not giving them my personal information again when you lost it or deleted it, but your workers broke the contract by telling me not to pay any of my bills or answer debtors calls or texts. All your workers did was sent me to some other company, and they said they could not help me. So show me what you did. The last contact I was told was “we can help you with a loan to pay the CRA”. Yes, why shouldn’t I get my money back because you did not complete or do anything you said you were going to do. I have tried to communicate with your workers but never got the question answered, always gave me the run around. You could have sent me an email of what you were doing but nothing. You were the ones that stopped communicating with me, so I took things in my own hands to deal with the mess you caused.
Please stop trying to make out like you had completed your work and I am the difficult person.

My experience was seamless and easy. Has given me a sigh of relief and also got me on the right track to diminish my debt that I have in a timely manner. Overall great experience!
