Your website sucks. The search results are horrible mostly because I don’t know what you call what at I’m looking for. The suggestions that people also bought along with the item are hit and miss. Alternative and similar products could be improved. I eventually find what I want but it takes me longer than I would like.

Everyone is very helpful when I call. They take the time to look things up and they are very efficient.
