Always a pleasure to do business with, prompt, clear, reliable. I have never had any problem with the website or ordering and I am always updated to where in the system my order is. Will do business with again in the future, thank you.

You get five stars for selection, price, shipping. I rarely shop anywhere else! You lose a star for you website search function, it is terrible, I never find what I'm looking for with it. I have to search Google, and if it shows you have what I'm looking for, I use there link to go straight to the product I want on your site. A bit frustrating, I would love to see a big improvement in this area, I want to give you five stars!!!

I love Defender. They have been so professional and prompt with my orders and deliveries since we bought our boat 3 years ago. The website is very user friendly and accurate unlike some other marine suppliers. With Defender you can't go wrong!

If you're going to order something do not use the website. The website for some reason doesn't work get you halfway through putting the order in and all sudden It repeats itself. I end up calling customer service and the person there was fantastic she was extremely helpful very knowledgeable and very kind and courteous which is the reason why I rated five Stars. If it was based upon the website it'd be a -10.

I can always rely on Defender. Their customer support and knowledge is great. Where other suppliers have huge catalogs, they rarely have it in stock. Defender almost always has what you need in stock for immediate shipping. I wish you has stores near me.

i really appreciated the entry boxes lit up green with a statement to the effect of 'The email address entered is valid', etc. Very helpful addition to the website.

First, I got quick and very helpful advice from Defender technical support. Second, it was very easy to find and purchase the Galley Gusher rebuild kit I needed.
My only difficulty was that somehow my password had expired and I had to reset it.

No one has a wider range of stock, but more importantly, have experts on hand at the store to make sure you are getting the right part for the right application.
Also, very dog friendly. If my Lab had a credit card he would shop there with me.

Had to ck out as a guest as would not except pass word change.

It was easy to order online and then pick up at the store.

Numerous hatch covers (5) were too small to fit the Lewmar hatches. That seems to be an ongoing problem according to your customer service people on my telephone call.
