I owed 27,000 in back taxes and they got it down to 2,500 which I have paid off. Defense Tax Group charged me a very reasonable fee and worked with me when I had trouble making my payment. Defense people such as Sarah Figueroa and Diana Barillas could not have been nicer. They answered all my many questions. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is having trouble with the IRS.

The Defense Tax Group actually cares. It is a big city institution with a small town vibe. They took the time to listen to my situation and helped me understand all aspects and then helped me with the best solution for my specific situation.

I ultimately had to ask them to do something that was specifically denied in the contract. Once I asked Chris, the office manager, he responded, "We don't typically do that but we aren't in the business of taking advantage of people." Then he granted my request.

I was hit with a bank levy by the IRS completely unexpectedly back in early February of this year for some back taxes my parents forgot to file in 2006-2007.
