We’ve used de Havilland for 6 years now, and have always used Neil Moakes. The whole process is seamless, and as we have used him 3 times now, he knows exactly what we want / require and makes the whole mortgage process incredibly easy for us.

Being first time home owners, Neil was always there for us, patiently to explain the process, share all information in transparent manner, provide pros and cons and really advice and hand hold us through it. There were times when we were worried and he was always calm and reassuring. During our process, he had issues with Healy of his family members but in spite of those issues, he always ensured that he could move the process for us.

We are immensely grateful for his support and we definitely recommend him to anyone who needs his assistance.

Sarah and her team did a great job. they were very efficient and responsive to my queries. as a first time buyer i had alot of question Sarah did a great job proving me all the information i needed to proceed with obtaining a mortgage.
