Customer service was awesome

I made a mistake on my original order and delicate leather did the amazing thing of "quickly replacing" my purchase at zero cost to me. This company is great to work with even if you make a mistake. % Stars and thank you for a job well done.

The items we ordered were of cheap thin


The items we ordered were of cheap thin and low quality vinyl. They were a gift for a new Mercedes owner and we were too embarrassed to give them as gifts. We are within 7 days of the items arrival and we are hoping that we will be able to make a return. We have written in. The process is cumbersome.
Update**** after some back and forth we were offered a full refund.

Not Leather

The steering wheel cover I ordered is not leather. The synthetic material it is made of is not worth the price I paid. It would have been if it were leather.
