Gave info of my car seat covers did not fit at all nor did they look like picture presented on the website. Only 70% refund. Still trying to figure that out because how am I paying extra for your product that you stand behind that was not satisfactory for your customer. Won’t recommend or use again.

Great Customer Service and Quality Product.
-Had an issue with delivery and CS fixed the issue with no hesitation as a reliable CS should do.
-Product was of quality and not only enhances the look of my car but provides better safety (Grip, wear and tear). Looking forward to letting my club know about this vendor.

Delivered an excellent well crafted product.

The quality of the steering wheel cover I ordered seems to be very good. However, when you order for a particular vehicle, you often receive a cover that is too small. Their sizing i inaccurate and when asked to exchange, not return, they refuse. It's a shame that they don't have their selections correct. Even if they had exchanged, the hassle of the administration to handle what in essence is something so easily handled goes to the companies culture, their ability to deliver what they claim online, and ultimately their value and treatment of customers.

Nice product and great customer service. I needed to make a change to my order they made contact with me and advised that they could make the change. Well worth the wait as I am very pleased with my purchase.

The steering wheel cover fit well and the quality is excellent.

I ordered 2 steering wheel covers .. I wanted them to both be the style with the red and blue at the bottom. I mistakenly ordered the 2nd one in a different style, which was fine. The first steering wheel cover to come was without the red and blue at the bottom. More than 3 weeks went by before receiving the 2nd, which also did not have the red and blue at the bottom. It was such an ordeal to get them both, I never bothered calling in.
Quality of both are excellent, just disappointed to not have received what was ordered.

Charged and sent me an item I didn't order.

Great quality! Best steering wheel cover I've ever had for a car hands down. Took about 20 days to get delivered but it was well worth the wait

Hello, the product is not what I ordered for one...second, the steering wheel cover is loose on the wheel and rotates over time on the steering wheel.

So it was difficult to get the product. Honestly, I didn’t receive it until after I complained. Once I did I was shocked at the product. It was a tiny trash can that could fit 2 snickers wrappers and a Walmart receipt: a coke can won’t fit, so don’t bother. Unbelievable for the price. The logo itself is sloppy. Unimpressed and that I bought it off insta is embarrassing.

Item was exactly as shown. Beautiful product. In addition the customer service was outstanding. I would highly recommend dealing with this company.

I recently purchased a car seat gap filler that did not work well for my car. I posted a review that it did not work for my car once I was sent an email to review my purchase. As I could not locate a number to call customer service my dissatisfaction was posted in the review. I received an email fairly quickly and they were very customer focused to offer me other options. I am very grateful that they are trying to make it work. Thank you Customer Service Department!

My experience with this company was extremely positive. I was sent auto seat covers which did not fit my car and when I contacted them, they responded immediately. I sent a prior order form for similar covers which I had purchased from them a year earlier which did fit my car,and they agreed to send the proper product immediately and did not even require that I return the other item. They sent multiple emails to make sure my issue was attended to and they demonstrated a real concern for their customers which I found to be honest and refreshingly unusual.

The correction made when my order was incorrect the mistake was taken care right away . And back out promptly.

My experience delicate leather has been exceptional. Their merchandise is of a high quality and very functional. Working with customer service has been exceptional and very helpful. I would recommend their merchandise to anyone because again of the high-quality.
