Terrible Service and No Delivery
I received an email asking for patience,
later on this company canceled my order without any notice weeks after it had been placed. I could have purchased a product weeks ago without going through an extensive delay.

Prompt customer service
I haven't received my cushion yet as shop pay used my old address and it was returned to sender. But I contacted delicate leather as soon as I realized the mistake and the immediately got back to me and assured me that they would send a replacement. I can't wait to use my cushion in my car as the seat is hurting my back.

The worst seat belt covers on earth
Absolute garbage. Huge waste of money. These things are tiny, poorly stitched, not leather and the color is way different from the color shown in the photos. The items ships from China so no point in ever trying to return it cause it’ll probably get stuck at their customs for months. I’ll never order from this site again and I wouldn’t recommend their products to an enemy. *EDIT**
My opinion on my experience hasn’t changed but they have issued a full refund proving they do have integrity.

Leather steering wheel cover
I ordered a leather steering wheel cover, which was great and fit well, though I found a cut on it. Once I had contacted support, they sent me a pre-paid label, and I shipped it back, and within a few weeks, I received a brand new (not cut) cover. I am very pleased with the cover and the help from support. I would purchase from here again.

Disappointed.
This company does not have a phone number. You can only respond through an email, they doubled my order then they pulled money out then told me that they did not have that product in stock. So getting a hold of them to get your money back could be a challenge. We’ll see they claim the money will be back 4 to 7 days after they pulled it. Would not recommend.

Steering wheel cover fits like a glove.
I found Delicate Leather as a result of an online search for a steering wheel cover for my 2010 Mazda Miata. The website provided very good illustrations of the product and ordering detail. The price of the product was reasonable. I did not order straight away, as I was looking for a lace-on type cover and was not familiar with the slip-on type. A few weeks later after revisiting their website, I decided to place my order. Follow up communication from them after I placed my order was very good also regarding order tracking. I am very pleased with the product; it looks great and fits like a glove on my steering wheel. It is very comfortable, good grip and design. Very pleased I made this purchase.
