Am 11.08.25 hat meine Tochter ihren Rucksack, samt Handy und weiterem Inhalt, am Flughafen Korfu vergessen.
Ich habe mich direkt am nächten Tag an Deliverback gewendet. Ich habe 19€ für die Suche bezahlt. Einen Tag später schrieben sie schon das der Rucksack nicht gefunden wurde. Ich habe dann an die Flughafen Polizei geschrieben, die mir auch direkt am nächsten Tag schrieben das der Rucksack im Fundbüro des Flughafens liegt. Habe das dann an Deliverback weitergeleitet und knapp 80€ für den Versand zu uns nach Berlin bezahlt. 3 Wochen später kam alles vollständig und unversehrt an. Die 19€ für die Suche hätte ich mir sparen können, aber ich freue mich sehr das es dann doch so gut funktioniert hat. Der Kontakt zu deliverback war in Ordnung, auf Emails wurde immer reagiert. Auch der Versand war sehr leicht verständlich und gut organisiert.
Ich würde es wieder so machen.

J'ai oublié nos tablettes au contrôle de sécurité à l'aéroport de Corfou. L'aéroport délègue la gestion des retours d'affaires perdues à deliver back (lien directement accessible sur le site de l'aéroport). J'étais surpris de devoir payer 19€ pour engager la recherche, mais perdu pour perdu, j'ai tenté le coup. Réponse le lendemain : "On a retrouvé vos tablettes". S'en suis quelques échanges et messages pour permettre à l'agent Deliver Back de récuperer les tablettes aux objets perdus. J'ai tout de suite payé les frais de retour via DHL (expédition + assurance + option emballage soigné) = 96€ pour un retour vers la France.
Il aura fallu attendre presque 2 semaines que l'agent DeliverBack passe à l'aéroport (un peu long) mais 3 semaines après mon oubli, les tablettes sont arrivées à bon port. L'option "emballage soigné" ne me semble pas utile vu la qualité de l'emballage sommaire. Mais le principal est là, nous avons retrouvé nos tablettes. Je recommande DeliverBack

I paid 130 euro to pick up my iphone from lost en found at Madrid airport. I sent thereferencenumber of the found iphone to Deliverback. Some days later I got the message from Deliverback that the Iphone wasn’t found. Again I sent all the information to Deliverback.Haven’t heard anything since then. Scam!!

Excellent service! It saved me the headache of figuring out how to get a postage paid mailer to the hotel. I think all said and done, from purchase to receiving package, it took about 8-9 calendar days. It was shipped from UK to US via UPS. It’ll take a few days to get moving, as they need to contact hotel, confirm items are left, then retrieve items. I got the shipping notification several days before it shipped. So if you use this service, you will not be disappointed, but give them time to get it to you. Once UPS received item in UK, it literally shipped in 2 days. Amazing. I can’t thank them enough. Side note, I decided not to pay for insurance, and was a little nervous after I did that, but I received everything in perfect shape! They even returned items I didn’t know we left there!

I would not rate this company at all. I lost my bracelet at security in Dublin airport. I had to send all the details of when when etc and a detailed description which was fine and I also had to pay €19 upfront. This was all done and I was happy to pay but from then I got radio silence and I emailed them 3 further times with no answer. To me this was a total scam. When I arrived back from my trip and I still had no word I contacted DAA through smart cart and I had my bracelet within 12hours. I would NOT recommend Deliverback go to Smart card in the arrived ball of T 1

Landed in Frankfurt and left my iPad on the plane. I could see through the find my app that the iPad left the plane and it was in a building at the airport for 2 WEEKS. I gave them the location and sent them the screenshots of the app, and they reached out to me ONE time saying that they couldn’t find the iPad! Worst money I’ve ever spent, felt like the effort was none to get my item back

Jesus christ.you people that are making people get fake hopes.I lost my car Keys in krakow airport.Lost and found found the Keys, and they are at the lost and found area.But Deliveritback team Said after 10 days that they had talked with the police and airport and could not find the Keys.Hahaha...Bullshit...this is a scam...Avoid paying for this because its just fake...

Absolutely awful company avoid at all costs. Extremely expensive for what it is and they were “unable to locate item” despite the fact that I had confirmed with the hotel before and after paying deliverback to collect it. I sent screenshots and proof that it was in the lobby waiting for collection and they still said they couldn’t get through to the hotel. They can’t have tried at all because the hotel replied to my emails instantly and answered the phone every time I rang.
Deliverback are now ignoring me as I’m asking for a refund because I have found another company that managed to confirm and collect my item on the same day!

We left a small but cherished toy cat in a hotel in Heraklion, Crete. Only realised on return to the UK. Deliverback was our salvation. Easy to use, they located our toy cat and delivered him home safely. We were kept fully informed, tracked him across Europe and all anxious emails were responded to rapidly. Definitely recommend this service.

Took my money and did nothing did not reply to ŵebsite or email to three addresses or to WhatsApp messages. I paid extra for expedited service as well.
Edit: the website finally worked today and they are refunding my money and only said that they could not provide service in Mexico City but no correspondence to let me know. Still very disappointed but it appears that they will refund me my money.

Deliverback team was really quick, friendly, effective and accurate.
In 7 workdays I got back my lost MacBook, delivered to Hungary.
I'm really grateful!

Lost my wallet in the rental car when I dropped off the car at the rental place in Crete before boarding the plane. Didnt realize it until I got to Athens. Was told that the rental car company found it and I just needed a courier to pickup and deliver it to me. Found Deliverback and thought to give it a try. Paid for the service, and it was not cheap. They responded to a few of my emails and told me they were sending someone. After a week I contact them and was told it was delayed because of availability of someone to go out and was told the next day they had someone going out. 2 weeks later the item was still not picked up and I haven't heard back from Deliver Back. I contact Avis and they said nobody came for it. Will habe to dispute the payment but be aware. No real communication unless I reach out and still doesn't seem anyone is working it. Be cautious when using.

Forgot my headphone at the hotel. They quickly contacted me to gather all the informations.
I received my headphone a few days later. The reason i gave 3 stars is because i paid for extra protection package and the headphone was literally in an envelop, and got scratched.
Dont bother buying this

Thank you so much deliver back my son left his phone in crete airport. The service is amazing got phone back in 5 days.
