Je n'ai eu aucun probléme pour récupérer mon smartphone, l'entreprise a parfaitement géré l'expédition de mon colis, et de m'informer du suivi.

Should be an option for 0 stars. Received email to say item found so paid postage. After numerous emails turned out item hadn't actually been found and was told I would receive a refund of the postage. Despite numerous emails this has never happen and now emails are being ignored. Update - 4 days after my review they refunded my postage, coincidence?

While the process did take a few weeks my item was safely returned which I was very grateful for!

The company put all effort to help
A missunderstanding to bring a parcel from a hotel to another; but worth waiting så after 6 weeks i received my forgotten clothes in Greece to Norway.

Our package was delivered in perfect condition within a very reasonable time from Prague, Czech Republic to US. Wonderful to work with these people.

This company is a scam, I have lost an iPad at Mykonos airport more than three weeks ago, I was instructed by the police to use deliverback to get it sent back to me, I followed all the instructions, went online paid for the return, gave the proof the item was with the police and nothing is happening, nobody ever picks up the phone and all my desperate emails are left unanswered.

My suitcase was left on the road outside a very busy Athens Air Terminal. It contained a valuable laptop and I thought I would never see it again. Deliverback guided me on what action to take, and miraculously, my suitcase was recovered. They kept me informed and the suitcase was safely delivered back to me two thousand miles away in the UK.

Very bad costumerservice. I lost my jacket in Kos airport and booked Deliverback to collect the jacket at laos and found and ship it back to me. Now 2 weeks after i still havent heard anything from them. I have called and written mails uppon mails to them and never gotten a respons. non of my calles gets picked up. i would not reccomend this company to anyone!!

Deliverback Services worked diligently with me to get my iPad back, It took many communications back-and-forth with the police But deliverback kept at it and I’m very happy with them.

I was directed to the Deliverback website by the hotel I stayed in in Belgium after I left my jacket there. The website was very easy to navigate, and within 48 hours my jacket arrived in perfect condition at my home in the United States. I was flabbergasted by the positive experience.

This was a waste of money. I contacted deliver back and received a generated email saying they will investigate within 10 days. Despite me contacting them 5 days later informing them that we had recovered our bags I received another generated email 12 days later informing that they could not locate my bags. No proactive service provided. I do not recommend you using Deliverback services

I left a ring in our hotel room at MyMykonos in Mykonos. I realised at the airport. I emailed the hotel from the airport and they had replied by the morning stating they'd found it and to use the Deliverback link.
Easy to complete the form
I paid the service. My ring arrived safely back to me yesterday. I had regular emails and text updates. I followed the progress daily. An excellent service. It took just over a week. I can highly recommend them. I have my lovely ring back. Thank you
