Alerte à l'arnaque !

Il y a un mois, j'ai perdu mes lunettes de vue dans un aéroport espagnol. Après avoir contacté le service des objets trouvés, on m'a informé qu'ils avaient bien mes lunettes. J'ai alors décidé de passer par le service Deliver Back pour qu'elles me soient renvoyées chez moi.

J'ai payé une vingtaine d'euros de frais, mais depuis, je n'ai reçu que des nouvelles vagues. À part un e-mail automatique d'un robot m'informant qu'ils n'ont pas trouvé mes lunettes, je n'ai eu aucune réponse. C'est étrange, car mes lunettes sont toujours dans le service des objets trouvés de l'aéroport.

J'ai perdu du temps et de l'argent ! Je vous conseille de fuir ce service.

Shipping and delivery were Instant and efficient.
Information regarding shipping was continuous.

Just wrote my review on google as well but needed to spread the word on how great this company is!! I left my glasses in my hotel in Spain and figured it would be a loss. Thought I’d just see how much it would cost to have it shipped back to me in the US and if it made sense financially. Thank god I found Deliverback- it was so easy, smooth, fast and efficient. Literally all I did was fill in hotel address to be picked up at, item lost, and address to be shipped to. THATS IT!!! Deliverback handled everything start to finish and within a week I got my glasses back via UPS mail. Saved me time and money not having to go and get new prescription glasses again!! Thank you Deliverback!!

I paid to have my laptop returned from Lefkas airport which was left in security on 28th September. I found deliverback through the airports website. Despite payment and authority given to collect and the promise of delivery I have not had it returned and no one at deliverback is replying to my e mails of which there are many. Many have had positive experiences, unfortunately mine isn’t

Company is ignoring my email. Package was damaged by the courier and they would refund me what was worth inside. I have emailed multiple times with Deliverback but they are purposely ignoring my emails. What a bad customer service.

This was very efficient and reliable method of retrieving my smart watch that I'd left in the security zone at Corfu airport. Unfortunately wasn't flying back through airport and so I needed a service that could help me out and this worked a treat. Big thanks Deliverback!

I left my coat with bus pass and keys in the pockets after security checks in the (relatively) small airport of Chania, Crete on Oct 23rd and eventually found the Deliverback site, contacted and paid €20. Since then nothing despite an email asking for info. I live in hope.

I will be happy to come back here with a lovely 5-star when I get a response, and my item is returned! Unfortunately, I left my iPad at security at the Athens airport on September 24. it took me some time to track it down, but airport has verified that they have it about one month ago. I received acknowledgment of my request right away, but have received no indication that any action has been taken. Fingers crossed for the success that was promised!

I lost my backpack at 22.09.24. I spoke about two weeks with the Airport Police. 14.10.24 I got your Adresse and Step by Step your team tried to send my Backpacker backpack to Germany. Yesterday UPS bring me the luggage. Ihm so happy, thank you so much!

They were easy, extremely fast and great communication. It took ONLY 2 days to get my ipad from Athens to the USA. I was shocked! Looking forward to never lose anything ever again haha but I did i wish Deliverback was everywhere!

Deliverback has done absolutely nothing to help me retrieve my package, that’s been at Santorini Airport lost and found for almost three weeks. All I continue getting are repeated auto emails asking me for info that I repeatedly have provided. I paid for Deliverback’s support as well as my own DHL label. All I need is the assistance I paid for to get my package delivered. Am beyond angry and frustrated with this lack of service.

I recently required the services of 'Deliverback' in order to retrieve a package of clothing from our hotel room in Athens. The procedure was easy to follow and tracking its progress was much appreciated. I received my package via DHL in less than 1 week, from Athens to St Catharines, Ontario!

After losing a phone in Crete which was then found by tui when we returned home, we used deliver back to return the phone to us. However after providing payment and all the information they required they collected the wrong phone from the wrong location. We now have someone else’s phone! Despite numerous emails and assurance they would look into it they are now ignoring our emails.
