Massive scam, have not received retainers and zero customer service. Disgusting!

Scam website. Order never came, ordered on 20/12/2023, they have ignored all my emails since. They social media links don't work, massive scam.

Have not received impression kit after one month. They are not replying to emails

Never use this company. It’s a a scam.

A scam. Wish I read these reviews before ordering.

Ordered 1st week of December. I contacted them and "Sasha" replied - I was sctually refunded postage amount as I had to pay extra at the post office to send them back. So I thought they would reply to my next emails wondering where tf my retainers were. Have now been waiting 4 weeks since I send the impressions back. Radio silence.

I will be contacting my bank to get my money back from them!!

Scammers. Wish I had checked this before. Ordered retainers a month ago had no contact and nothings turned up they’ve ignored all my emails too. I’ve reported their website to be a scam

I ordered them on the 29th of November and received the moulds after a week. No problem with using the moulds, but was unable to return them as once I had put the moulds in they made the box too big to fit into a letterbox which is what their return label was for. sent them back and still haven't received any information back from them.

Absolutely useless, completely scammed me like every other review…

They do not have a number and don’t respond to forms. Seem like a scam.

I received the mould kit within a week. I sent it back dec 15th. Its now 7th jan and i still havent had it back. They claim 8 days on their website and that they are still doing orders through christmas. Ive been very patient but they dont even respond to emails. Im very disappointed, i thought this was a good service but ive been scammed. Never buy from a website without a number or social media.

I ordered my home impressions kit which arrived after a week. I made a mistake with the impressions- the instructions you receive with the kit are barely legible. I emailed them asking how I can buy new putty, they offered me free putty- great. 6 weeks on this still hasn't been received so I am £40 down with nothing to show for it. They respond to around every third email I send them.

No response to my last 3 emails and no retainers. Asked for a refund no response.
Will not use again or recommend.

Extremely poor experience.
The mould almost tore my fixed brace off.
I want a refund but these people do not answer emails.

The order wasn't delivered very fast, When it did arrive the top retainer was a perfect fit very well the issue was with the bottom retainer it was too long and dug into the bottom lip/gum, so it wasn't a tight fit. Contacted on the day of delivery and told to put in hot water and remould. Been emailing weekly to get 30 day money guarantee as I am not happy and have since been back to my orthodontist and paid again.

What a company!
Paid upfront for new retainers. The moulds took ages to arrive and in a flimsy box to be used for returns.I was worried how they would survive the journey back so I added bubble wrap. There was no confirmation they had received them. I emailed several frustrating emails to find out why I hadn't heard from them and where in the queue my order was or if indeed they were on with making my retainers.
Eventually they located my order and said I would receive them soon which I was grateful for. Disappointingly, only the bottom retainer fits, the top literally I can't wear as it is the wrong shape and now I can't get any response from them to sort it out. Before I chose this company I did research and read reviews but I haven't been lucky at all with the service I've received. My teeth are slowly returning to their original place after spending years having them straightened. All I needed was a decent pair of retainers made so I wouldn't recommend this company at all. Shop elsewhere! If you read this please respond to my email as I feel really let down.
