This company is a complete joke. I asked To cancel my subscription and they just ignore the request and ask to extend the timeline to 60 days then 90 days after telling them Cancel means cancel. No Well I see They charged me again. Do not fall for their scam.

These folks are pure scammers. You buy once and before you can even try the product, they are sending order after order and won't stop. I don't know if the product has any value but I can say they practice fraud in trying to send you multiple orders and charging your card without your authorization. STAY AWAY

BEWARE! Their site says cancel at any time and NEVER notes that you can't without at last one (1) more "rebill". They refuse to honor their advertising so a credit card dispute is the only way to get a refund of a "rebill" they have processed. AND...there is nowhere on the site when you log in to cancel a "subscription". SCAM!!!

Total scam. Don't buy from them. The product never comes. When you try to cancel, they tell you that you have to have a second shipment. I wrote an email stating I did not authorize my card to be charged again and asked for a copy of the agreement. They quickly cancelled my 'subscription '

This took a very long time to arrive I ordered 2 different products and received something entirely different. The only info on the box and the bottle says Dermal Concentrate. No list of ingredients! Very simple instructions. No return address. It could be corn oil for all I know. My skin is very dry so I might give it a try and can always take another shower. Buy something you know, not this!!

I ordered the Actinic Keratosis Correcting Body Oil on August 7 for $38.90. The product page promised a 90-day money-back guarantee, full refund for any reason, no questions asked. The oil arrived with a fragrance not disclosed in the ingredient list.

I requested a refund under their guarantee. They refused 3 times in writing. First they offered 10%, then 40%, while I keep the product. Then they said a full refund requires mailing the unopened bottle to a warehouse in Yiwu, China at my expense. Their guarantee tells you to use the oil daily for 90 days. Their return policy demands it unopened. The 2 policies cancel each other out. No refund path exists by design.

The order also enrolled me in a monthly subscription. They refused to cancel it twice, claiming their policy requires 1 more billing first. Federal rules require cancellation to be as easy as signup. I had to revoke authorization through my bank and get a new card.

Worth knowing before you buy: this domain went live around June 2026, yet the site claims 25,000+ happy customers, and the testimonial photos carry AI image generator filenames.

I've disputed the charge with my bank, reported the company to the FTC and moved on. Save yourself the hassle.
