I liked everything, as even though I already knew lots of it, getting reminders is always very helpful. My one issue was that some of the wrong words or grammar was used at times. This was obvious... ãã£ãšèŠã
I appreciate the training so far, because I have been taught why my brain works the way it does. The small action steps to improve not overwhelm are helpful.

I liked the action centric approach to processing out the thing that is distracting you enough through a emotional and cognitive thrashing cycle that you set aside the tasks that many times are regular and quotidian but bring a simple joy sense of direction and kind accomplishment towards self. So the action I loved and second the practicalness of accepting your emotional state, coming to and understanding that itâs there and using that undesirable state to lead to the action and combined these two things yielding a state that is like the perception of an open path to walk past procrastination.
