Frozen food delivered defrosted!
The frozen product I ordered wasn’t properly packaged and was defrosted when it was delivered. One item was missing from the order, still waiting for a refund!

we take more care to pack frozen It will be packed in a woolcool package with ice bars
and ice gel, different from ice packs, which stand for long hours.
Accept our apologies for the inconvenience, Regarding the missing item the item is out of stock so we have already initiated your refund.
Missing items that was billed, very poor customer service
I had ordered for 10kg rice, I received only 5kg packet, but I was billed for 10kgs. I contacted the customer support, but no response even after 3 days.

Order hasn't arrived at all. They explained it was out of stock & initiated a refund - but only when I chased them 8 days later.

Dear Michael we did checked and initiated the refund within 2 days and informed you via mail regarding the same the refund amount will be reflected in your account within 2-3 working days from the date of issued it doesn't take 8 days.

Top Notch service
Top Notch service for an online store in the UK. It has almost everything you need for an Indian cooking. The cold items packaging is superb, sealed with an ice pack inside. The vegetables are extremely fresh and lasts long in the fridge. The only thing is that the price of few items is at a higher segment as compared to any retail outlet (but that comes with a privilege of having everything delivered to your doorstep at a desired day).
Overall very happy with the service and would highly recommend it to everyone!
