The frozen products are delivered defrosted. including fish. Ordered for restaurant use. Too much defrosted on delivery; money and time wasted.

Good experience with Desi cart
Good experience with Desi cart. We found items what we wanted in setting up the house. The rates were competitive and delivery and packaging was good.

Great selection and service
Great selection, service and delivery, frozen items were packed well and still frozen on arrival and glass items were wrapped secure. Will certainly be using again

Excellent service
Excellent service, ran out of my Ahmed green tea & was finding hard to source. Ordered 12 boxes from Desicart & they were delivered promptly within 3 days.

Customer service can be better
Items were delivered on time but the frozen ones were all soggy and I had to throw them all. No help from customer service on these either. So disappointed overall.

we take more care to pack frozen items It will be packed in a wool cool package with ice bars and ice gel, different from ice packs, which stand for long hours, maybe due to weather condition you received frozen in saggy condition

I found the packaging to be handled…
I found the packaging to be handled extremely well. Every bottle came without any breakage with extra sponges used around the bottles. Very neatly and delivery was on time and products were fresh and good quality. Will be ordering again from them.

Absolutely brilliant
Absolutely brilliant. All ordered items were received on time and in full. The packaging was brilliant, including the frozen pieces and kept informed all the way through. Would highly recommend.

Vegetables, fruit and spices were all top quality, packing was excellent and delivery was very fast. Highly recommended for fresh Asian and UK produce.
