Really helpful team who got my PC going again when I thought it was completely dead. Fast response, rapid service and am very grateful for their hard work. Would absolutely recommend and use again.

I contacted device doctors about a faulty microphone on my iPhone 12 Pro Max. Within an hour Tom responded to me and had diagnosed the issue and booked the phone in for repair the following day. The repair was carried out at my place of work. Unfortunately my phone developed another issue post repair which required further investigation. Tom got onto this straight away and provided me with a loan phone to use in the meantime. Throughout the entire process of diagnosing and fixing the new issue Tom kept in contact with me. He was always happy to answer my emails with professionalism and a level of customer care which left me knowing my phone was in safe hands. I can’t rate the entire team highly enough for returning my fully functional phone to me after what turned into a tricky repair. I would not hesitate to recommend this excellent company to anyone. The aftercare they provide is top class. Keep up the good work Tom and the team

Really good company to go with for device repairs. They came to my home address to repair my iPhone 13 Pro Max. I accidentally smashed the back glass. Oops. Their price quoted was miles cheaper than Apple. Unfortunately, my device could not be repaired at my address so they gave me a loan phone and took mine away to be repaired. Before 1000 the following day, Device doctors called me to say that my device had been repaired and that they could drop it off to me. Was not expecting them to rectify the issue that fast! Grateful to have my phone back that fast because I am very much reliant on it! Device Doctors communicated with me at every step from booking to completed repair. Better than other big national companies!

I had a fantastic experience with Device Doctors. The team was really friendly, very communicative, and flexible with my appointment. My repair (a MacBook battery replacement) was quick, good value, and has worked perfectly. I highly recommend their services - thank you for your help!

I had my phone screen repaired and a new battery replaced by the Device Doctors. They came to me and it was repaired in 30-45 minutes. It looks brand new. Would fully recommend.

I could not recommend this company highly enough. I had them build a PC to run my CNC machine. They were very efficient and delivered on time and within my budget.

Had a problem with Hotmail e-mails. Rang Device Doctors and within an hour they rang and while working remotely the problem was sorted out within 15 minutes. Tom was most pleasant and helpful. Would certainly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again.

From the first phone call to job done, the device doctors were cheerful, helpful and understanding. They sorted out all my online problems and gave sound advice. Went to great trouble to work on my router and was generous enough to deliver it to my local home. Some days later went to further lengths by telephone to try to configure it to connect to my broadband in Denmark.
I found DDs some years ago when they were operating from home. Great to see they have expanded and now have work premises in Chichester. Highly recommended.

It was great to have my problem sorted out at home. The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly and explained everything to me. Being a silver surfer I am not very good on some aspects of IT but enjoy using my iPad. He also sorted some things on my phone. Will definitely use this company again.

Not only was my laptop battery replaced and dust removed from the fan, but I only had to be without it for half an hour, and he came when he said he would.

It’s great that they come to you and do the repair on-site within 30 minutes rather than you having to go to a shop & leave the phone. Very reasonably priced too. Highly recommended.

Contacted them on Thursday about my sons broken screen appointment was made for next day the technician was at my house before 10am and replaced the screen outside my house in he’s fully equipped van . Was a brilliant service from start to finish I can’t recommend Device Doctors highly enough. End result one happy boy when he got home from school many thanks to Tom and the team , kind regards .
