I locked myself out of my iPad, I couldn’t unlock it because the volume control wasn’t working, I took it to Divice Doctor who solved the issue quickly, very happy with the service.

Answered quickly my request - sent a knowledgeable & very pleasant engineer to my home - sorted the problem - as they come to one its a huge help avoiding finding the location & parking etc - extremely pleased as its removed a large stress off my shoulders

I received an excellent same day service and the problem was quickly resolved . From first contact to Dan the engineer who was helpful , patient and very knowledgeable.
I would recommend and use Device Doctors again.

A very easy booking experience with personal attention by phone if needed. The main attraction for me is that the device doctor comes to you in the shape of a reassuring, smart and skilled young person, who gets the job done. Always such a relief to an oldie who worries about techy stuff.

So helpful, I am clueless about laptops, printers etc but Dan and Graham sorted my problems. Excellent service from this company

Device doctors were brilliant. They initially diagnosed my laptop with a screen issue which I paid to have replaced. But the problem continued so they took the laptop away again to diagnose with out further cost. Eventually, after realising it was a board issue which they were unable to fix they were able to replace the laptop offsetting the cost with what I had paid in repairs. They were accomodating in arranging appointments which fit into my busy schedule. They were friendly and communicative at every turn and I will definitely go to them with future computer repair needs. Brilliant staff and company

Speedy response to deal with PC crash. Technician who attended aas. Personable,friendly and knowledgeable. Problem resolved within 20 minutes. Great service!

Had a Mac crash problem. Contacted late Thursday. Phone call on Friday. Appointment arranged for Monday. Technician arrived as promised on Monday morning Problem resolved and Mac back in action

Knowledgable, clear & helpful. Obviously know their stuff, will tell you detailed tech stuff if you want to know but also talk in normal language. Highly recommended.

Amazing service from device Doctors? The lad that came to mine ( sorry did not get your name) Was excellent. Followed my instructions correctly as where to find me as I’m a little remote in the countryside. I highly recommend this company. Excellent work, thank you so so much.

What can I say, great guys, all of them. Dan took the fact that the PC was having issues personally and made it his mission to resolve it. After home visits, taking the PC away and numerous phone calls (At weekends I might add) sadly the issue was Intel's end and no reflection on Dan and the boys. This didn't stop Dan giving a ton of advice on component replacement and again more phone calls. Don't think "Will these guys help?", they WILL and will be super professional and courteous throughout and will treat your PC as if it is their first born.

I had a great experience with Device Doctors. I got them to build me a custom PC. I worked with Dan who took time to listen and understand my requirements and was a pleasure to deal with - his enthusiasm and level of care was second to none. Highly recommended.
