I used Devvera as a credit card payment processor for my business. Everything initially appeared to be functioning normally, but without any prior warning or proper communication, the operator suddenly terminated cooperation and cut off access to the system, dashboard, and processed funds.

There was no transparent explanation, no proper handover, and no reasonable support in resolving the situation. This left my customers and my business in a difficult position, forcing cardholders to seek refunds directly through their banks.

From a business perspective, this experience was extremely damaging and unprofessional. A payment processor should be stable, communicative, and accountable. Qualities that were completely absent in this case.

I would strongly advise other businesses to be cautious before relying on Devvera for payment processing.
