If there was a no stars option that's what I would be using. Ordered a shirt which offered 12 to 15 day delivery. Delivery now expected mid November. Tried to find out cancellation policy told I couldn't as the order was being processed. Asked to speak to a human no response in 24 hours.
Wish I had read the other reviews here first.
Absolute awful platform

DhGate have a alot of flea market sellers on their platform so it's pretty much hit or miss when you're purchasing from a website like theirs. With this being said I do want to shed some light on a particular seller of theirs. The name of the store is "deenu1 watch". Whatever you do, please do not patronize this store at all because you will be scammed out of your money. This seller knowingly sent me a defective item and got upset after I showed him the evidence and several videos of the defective item. He responded by saying that I shouldn't expect nothing less for the money I spent, which was $60.00. I filed for a dispute with the evidence I provided and they without a doubt sided with the seller. Escalated it to Dhgate mediation and still waiting on their response but most likely they will also side with the seller as well. With this being said, I'm warning anybody who's thinking of patronizing Dhgate to stay away from this company. The money you spend will be at your own risk. Also if you do decide to buy from them make sure it's something simple like I did, no more than 50 or 60 dollars at the max, because this way, you want take that much of a loss. Once again let me reiterate, whatever you do, please stay away from this seller "deenu1 watch"...This seller is a complete scammer and he will take your money and try to make you think that it's your fault, a complete scumbag.

Ordered 2 shirts at the end of May 2026, finally arrived8th august, however, They only sent one. I complained and they sent evidence that package had been sent, which it had.... but with only one item. They refused my claim despite me having video evidence of opening the bag and emptying content. It's only cheap if you receive your item. Will NEVER USE AGAIN.

DHgate allowed seller to keep 1,060 CZK and the returned parcel!

Order number: 318015832074

I demand an immediate full refund of 1,060.54 CZK for order #318015832074 (seller "pradashoes66").

The package containing my order was returned back to the seller because the local courier left it at a box without sending any notification. I never received any call or SMS.

Key evidence:
1. Official 17TRACK tracking proves the parcel was RETURNED TO SENDER in June 2026.
2. In our private chat, seller "pradashoes66" explicitly admitted: "it has been returned".
3. The seller then misleadingly claimed the package was "still in shipping".

The seller physically got the package back with all items in it, yet DHgate unfairly closed the dispute as "Insufficient evidence" and gave my 1,060.54 CZK to the seller!

Now the seller has BOTH my items and my 1,060.54 CZK. I demand a senior manager to manually review order 318015832074 and issue a full refund!

I write a review Dhgate tell you to contact customer service unfortunately customer service doesn't exist. I asked for refund ive written off my money don't get scammed avoid buying off these you have been warned

Très mauvaise expérience avec DHgate – litige perdu malgré des preuves de non-livraison

J’ai acheté un article sur DHgate, mais je ne l’ai jamais reçu. Le colis (suivi PostNL : 3SMVOG004682295) a été mis en livraison le 24 juillet, puis retourné à l’expéditeur avec la mention « adresse incorrecte ».

J’ai pourtant contacté PostNL Belgique, qui m’a confirmé que mon adresse était correcte et qu’il s’agissait d’une erreur de livraison. J’ai fourni les preuves : suivi officiel, confirmation de PostNL et preuve de la protection acheteur indiquant un remboursement en cas de non-livraison.

Malgré cela, DHgate a tranché en faveur du vendeur et a permis au vendeur de conserver mon paiement alors que je n’ai jamais reçu ma commande.

Le vendeur m’a également envoyé des messages de menace pendant le litige, ce que je trouve totalement inacceptable.

Je trouve cette gestion des litiges très décevante : la protection acheteur annoncée n’a pas été appliquée dans mon cas. Je conseille aux futurs acheteurs de bien réfléchir avant de commander, car même avec des preuves, il semble difficile d’obtenir justice lorsqu’un problème de livraison survient.

J’attends toujours une solution équitable.

They're FAKE please save yourself. The whole fiasco of 'premium goods' is fake and a big lie. Unfortunately i ordered a shoe with them read all the reviews the seller was filled with 4.5+ positive reviews (all bots and fake) and when i requested a refund literally within 5 minutes of receiving the order. 1st the app's *dispute* portion had no point was raising a dispute because apparently after 5 days i can until then i can resolve with the seller, which i did, seller was so shit didnt answer or bothered to help. Then i tried raising dispute with in the app and it never let you pick the option.
The order came in plastic bags i literally before opening got the bad vibe and knew i f**ked up but i didn't know this hard 😔😔😔
No customer service is available to be contacted. The option of dispute never let you pick the option.
Sellerw won't take responsibility
In short, money down the drain.

Unfortunately I can't give this company negative stars do not order from this company you will lose all the money and their customer service is non-existent also they will close your dispute without your knowledge and send you the wrong item and then say return the item and we will refund you but the return itself will be around £20 to £30. Even after returning the item they will not issue and refund the online chat service does not work none of the communication services that they display online work you have been warned do not do not be scammed.
Please notr I'm usually quite good at buying things online and I saw that the sellers had great reviews and still got scammed.

Bonjour à tous, je vous déconseille fortement d'acheter sur DHGate. Perfecthair123 ne vend que des perruques en plastique. La photo qu'ils publient est différente de l'article qu'ils vous enverront trois mois après votre commande. Le service client est inefficace car il prend toujours le parti du vendeur et vous fait tourner en rond. Ils sont manipulateurs et impolis. Ils clôtureront le litige sans solution. Aucun échange ni remboursement n'est possible. Le service client me menace par téléphone pour que je retire mon avis négatif ; sinon, ils refuseront d'échanger la perruque contrefaite qu'ils m'ont envoyée. Comment puis-je donner une bonne note à leur magasin alors que je n'ai même pas reçu la perruque d'echange ? Ils me prennent pour une idiote.

N'utilisez pas cette application pour acheter quoi que ce soit,

Ordered 4 XXL Football tops more like a medium, sent in for a return as I’ve only received one these were ordered a month ago !! Others havent been dispatched yet but refused my return so do not buy off this site its an absolute joke.

First and last time I will order from these crooks. Order stated 3 day delivery which never arrived tracking also said royal mail never even received it so seller lied. Seller didn't respond to messages, escalating is a waste of time as DH gate do nothing. 3 weeks still nothing. They take your money and you can't seem to do a thing about it.

By far the most crooked organization I've ever placed an order with. The delivery never came yet they supposedly supplied my credit card with a proof of delivery... do yourself a favor, do not order from this company, 99% you will not get your items or any customer service whatsoever

Waarschuwing ! Het ontvangen product komt niet overeen met de beschrijving en foto’s in de advertentie. De sluiting/knop van de tas is anders dan aangegeven en de tas is bij aankomst ingedeukt en beschadigd waardoor de kwaliteit duidelijk afwijkt van wat werd verwacht. De verkoper geeft zelf toe dat het verkeerde product is verzonden, maar weigert een terugbetaling of passende oplossing. Ook de klantenservice van DHgate biedt geen hulp of oplossing. Dit is een zeer teleurstellende ervaring en voelt misleidend en onprofessioneel aan.

avoid. i ordered a japanese jacket. the picture were nice and the material looked like a suede but when i ordered the item it came like a cheap and thin plastic material, not even close to the pictures.
I opened a dispute and they refunded me 20% of what i paid.

​This site is a total trap. I ordered a 'MENS' size jersey, but they sent a tiny child’s size with a fake 'MENS' label on it! It’s a deliberate manufacturing fraud. The seller uses a rigged menu with fake buttons ('S' and '20') to steal your money.
​The 'Resolution Center' is a joke: Agent Shine ignored all my photo evidence and closed the case to protect the thief. They even lied about 'color' issues to avoid a refund! They are complicit in the scam. I am filing a FRAUD claim with my bank. DELETE THIS APP NOW. DISGUSTING!

I have bought a pair of shoes and they arrived in 2 weeks and i love them. You just have to be carefull who you buy from and look at the seller's rating. That's what most people don't do and that's why they get scammed.

have now had TWO separate orders from the same seller on DHgate marked as “delivered” when the items were never actually received.

This is not a once-off issue anymore. The fact that it has happened twice with the same seller is extremely concerning.

I contacted the seller and attempted to resolve the matter through DHgate, but support has been very disappointing and difficult to deal with. Responses are slow, and there seems to be very little accountability for sellers when buyers report missing parcels.

Tracking may show “delivered,” but no package arrived at my address on either occasion.

I would strongly advise other buyers to be cautious when purchasing from sellers with repeated delivery complaints, because once something goes wrong, getting meaningful assistance is extremely difficult.

I am still waiting for this matter to be properly resolved.
