Terrible company. When requesting a refund this was the response I had from seller.
“I live in a slum, I am heavily in debt, and my life is too difficult. The money you refund will be the food expenses for my newborn child for a week or more. I don’t know why my friend, even though I am selling high-quality products, wants to serve all the buyers well”

The seller cancelled my order(out of stock) dhgate never return the money even the status said they did

I guess it depends on what you order, I have had trainers and football shirts from here and they have been great. Had one issue with a certain seller who advertised a full refund policy if not delivered within 14 days, but when my parcel took 26, he wouldn't honour it.

Poor sizing order clothing 3 x bigger and came 3 times smaller than I need ,

One pair of trainers hasn't arrived and they are trying their best not to sort it out or give any refund. Also the trainers that did arrive from a separate order are not suitable and the return process keeps crashing or not accepting the photographs or information which they are asking for. I have to ask if this is done purposely?

Red flag…. I downloaded the app & was ready to shop. Until I came across a seller advertising a gaming chair for £00.86pence. I contacted live as I knew this is impossible. They were unwilling to even look into the fact that they possibly, have a dodgy seller using their platform. Their response was:

“We only facilitate sellers and have no control over prices, and I should contact the seller”.
I suggest you don’t part with your money, because I’m not. App deleted.

Not purchase from them they say they have a mediation process but they do not I have been left 4 x tshirts that are way too small and are not as described I raised a dispute and they have not communicated with me and have closed the dispute without any response

I've been shopping on this site for more than 5 years. You have to know how to navigate the site and there's different levels to it as an experienced purchaser, this is not for people who have no knowledge of products that they're shopping for there's a certain way to enter things when you're doing searches for specific brands labeled items. So when people see low prices for something that they think they're getting , that's designer you're definitely taking a gamble unless you know what you're looking for exactly and you need to read all the reviews , but i've never had more than five bad experiences with sellers overseas ( mind you I've made over 137 purchases so to me five is nothing!!! Shipping will definitely take at least two weeks sometimes over a month, but I promise you you are definitely going to be intrigued and hooked. Don't always look for the cheapest priced. Item again, definitely check reviews. I wish somebody would have taught me this. Right now, I'm a level 5 purchaser. Once you graduate , the different levels , you will have more opportunities to see more higher end designer items that you're looking for. If you don't receive a package, their customer service is not the worst, but you gotta understand you're speaking with people in China, so hopefully they're bilingual and understanding your issues, they make you go through a series of sending proof pictures and then you will file a dispute which can take almost a month. Usually, the seller doesn't want to lose out on any money and they will completely Deny your claim just keep fighting an allow DH gate to have their customer service.Make the decision , if the seller is adamant about not helping. Again, I'm not shocked.This place got very bad reviews.Because that means the people didn't understand how to make the purchases.Or maybe never receive the items. This is literally a hidden gem of a website!!!

No merecen ni una estrella .
Compre una guitarra que tardón en llegar mas de 2 meses . Para colmo me la retienen en aduanas y tuve que pagar un sobre cargo de 60€ .
Pero lo peor es que ha llegado en cachos hace 6 días y el vendedor ni contesta , 6 días seguido reclamando y escribiendo y no da señales de vida . Pero la web es complice de la estafa ya que no te da una solución ni te deja abrir una disputa , solo que hables con el vendedor . Pero tampoco se hacen cargo de localizarlo y mientras tanto he perdido 270€ . Pero siguen sin dar una solución nadie , la web se lava las manos y el servicio de asistencia igual . Una maquinita que te dice que hables con el vendedor . Como no vaya yo a China a buscarlo al vendedor a ver como lo localizo , Es de guasa esta web ! Una autentica vergüenza , estafa total .

J'ai reçu un produit complètement différent de l'annonce du vendeur et comble de tout DH GATE à refuse de me rembourser,je pense que le service client est pas sérieux et malhonnête.

Never had a problem with it, I buyed like 7 different jersey, one had a shipping problem I got refunded. Just have to see if the seller has enough reviews, if he has, buy.

Eccomi qui a distanza di una settimana a recensire negativamente questa piattaforma che oramai e’ allo sbando ben lontana dagli scorsi dove tutto era ben gestito, dopo aver aspettato più di un mese per l ordine in questione 315103122248 e’ arrivato pure danneggiato e dal venditore nessuna risposta e soprattutto dalla piattaforma offerta di rimborso ridicola. Per non parlare di questo altro ordine 315103122247 che da 40 giorni e’ in giro per il globo con ultimo aggiornamento datato 3 dicembre 2025. Veramente imbarazzante

Terrible experience I ordered on November 27, Your order 315243774459… email said order on its way then nothing and December 22nd on my personal space the order doesn’t exist anymore if you click on details for shipment … rip off !!!!! Money gone order gone and it tells you to contact the seller … DH gate nothing !! Do not use ! Warning !!!

Terrible app. Untrustworthy sellers. Avoid! I bought a bag from bag_maker555. The bag arrived damaged and the seller said that I must have used the bag and damaged it myself. I provided proof of the bag still be in the original packaging but they refused to give me a refund. To this day, I'm still out of pocket and stuck with a poor quality damaged bag. If something goes wrong with your DHGate order they have no power to get your money back from the sellers. Stick to other sites where your money is protected when things go wrong and avoid ever buying from bag_maker555.

I ordered from a store called mensdesignejacket who are a joke! I contacted the company and asked if I could return a item I bought and they offered me a partial refund. I didn't want the item or a partial refund so I contacted DHgate who sided with the seller and cancelled my case. Just be very careful when ordering from these sellers. Most items I purchased from DHgate are fine but when I wanted to return this monstrosity I couldn't do that. Very disappointing.

Esperienza pessima. Ho acquistato un giubbotto mostrato nelle foto come prodotto di qualità: ciò che ho ricevuto era una versione economica e completamente diversa, un chiaro caso di truffa.
Ho fornito tutte le prove, ho aperto una disputa e DHgate mi ha persino dato ragione… ma il rimborso è stato ridicolo: meno del 50% dell’importo pagato, e il venditore non ha ricevuto alcuna penalità nonostante avesse già truffato altri clienti.
Una piattaforma che permette ai truffatori di operare indisturbati e scarica il problema sugli acquirenti.
Non utilizzerò mai più DHgate.
