Twee maanden geleden een tas besteld, en tot op de dag van vandaag nog steeds geen tas. Contact met de verkoper gehad en die blijft volhouden dat ze vertraging hebben en dat het pakketje eraan komt, maar als ik hier de recensies lees kan ik daar wel naar fluiten. Mijn order willen ze niet annuleren en het geld willen ze niet terugstorten. Ondertussen wel al betaald dus ik kan fluiten naar mijn geld. KOOP HIER DUS ZEKER NIET!

Un'esperienza terribile, ti mostrano sul sito oggetti belli, ma in realtà non so quali intrallazzi fanno, ma ti mandano prodotti diversi da quelli chiesti, se te li mandano, non si rendono rintracciabili per un accordo o disputa, non c'è una assistenza clienti e potrei continuare all'infinito. A me hanno preso dei bei soldini dalla carta per avere nulla, no anzi una borsa plasticona che mi vergogno persino di mostrare. Non toccate DH Gate...si muore!!!!!!
Un esempio: vedo una collana che mettono ad un prezzo accessibilissimo, ti descrivono la collana com'è, insomma tu pensi che a quel prezzo una bella collana può anche starci. La ordini, prendono i soldi dalla tua carta e sono più di quelli richiesti nel sito e....dopo averti inguaiata con l'ordine che tu credi essere una collana, ti scrivono "solo pacco". quindi hai acquistato una confezione vuota. Mi rivolgo a DH Gate....nessun intervento. Chi tocca DH Gatr....muore! Occhio!!!!!

Like others I wish I’d checked trustpilot before placing an order.
I ordered a jacket and very quickly it was marked and emailed that it had been delivered, obviously it hadn’t. I contacted the shipping company who told me that the tracking number supplied by the seller was actually attached to a different person and location. I contacted the seller to see if they’d given me the wrong number and asked for the correct trading number. They told me I hadn’t ordered a jacket but will not tell me what i actually have ordered! They’ve called me an idiot, told me to ‘F off’ that I’m a fraud for ordering- although they won’t tell me what I’ve actually ordered if it’s not a jacket. That I’m malicious etc. this is clearly a SCAM.
I have tried to email Dh gate but it just keeps bouncing back. I’m unable to open a dispute or get any helps please don’t order anything as there is no after care at all and I’m now out of pocket

Ich habe defekte Ware bekommen, darauf hin wurde ich nun 4 Wochen hingehalten, mit der Versicherung das ich eine Teil Rückerstattung bekomme... alle 2 Tage schrieb der Support das ich weitere 2 Tage warten müsse... jetzt nach 4 Wochen können sie auf einmal durch einen angeblichen bankfehler kein geld mehr an mich auszahlen... wie lächerlich! Schlechte Qualität und noch viel schlechterer Kundendienst! Lasst bloß die Finger von DHGATE!!

Once again another item not delivered! I had ordered a few items at once, most of the goods were good value and reasonably delivered. BUT I’ve had one item not delivered even though the seller states it has been, tracking details are false. Another item was just an empty box!

2 paar schoenen besteld, 1 paar nooit aangekomen ..verkoper zegt gewoon dat ze mijn order niet kunnen vinden. Ik heb de bestelling wel dus heeeeel frustrerend. Het 2e paar kwam binnen er zat alleen een stuk karton in en geen schoenen .. ik ben zeer teleurgesteld gesteld want had ook goeie ervaringen met DHgate

I already had a very bad experience with DHgate few years ago and wrote a review about it. They responded to Trust Pilot for them to review the case but never replied to me. Since it was years ago, I tried to buy again but the same thing happened. I bought pair of shoes but sent me bigger size. I ordered US size 5.5 which is 22.2 cm. They sent me 10 inches long which are 25.4 cm with wide ankle straps and with 4 inches width. Both of my feet can fit on one sandal. I sent video on how it fits on my foot and sent pictures measuring the size of the sandals not agreeing with the size I ordered. It seems that these are more of men’s size. I presented the case to DHgate seller but they just offer me $8 dollar refund out of $67 I paid. I had DHgate to intervene but they finalize a refund of $25. The sandals are not wearable by my feet size due to wrong size but they refuse to send them back. If the fault is on my side, I can understand but I have no control of the sandals they want to send to their customers. I should have learned my lesson and I hope this would be a lesson to all their customers out there.

As an enthusiastic online shopper, I was excited to explore DhGate's offerings, hoping to find unique items at great prices. However, my experience with the platform left much to be desired.

The shipping process was incredibly drawn out. What was promised to be a reasonable wait turned into weeks of anticipation, leaving me frustrated and impatient. When the package finally arrived, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment.

The product I received was a far cry from what was advertised on the website. As a keen fashion enthusiast, I had ordered a stylish jacket that looked sleek and well-made in the pictures. Yet, what arrived was a poorly stitched, ill-fitting garment that barely resembled the image online. The quality was abysmal, and it was evident that shortcuts had been taken in its production.

Attempting to address these issues only added to my frustration. Contacting customer service proved to be a challenge in itself, with long waiting times and unhelpful responses. It felt like my concerns were falling on deaf ears, and the lack of resolution left me feeling disheartened and disillusioned.

In hindsight, my experience with DhGate serves as a cautionary tale. While the allure of bargain prices may be tempting, it's essential to temper expectations and proceed with caution. For me, the promise of great deals was overshadowed by lengthy shipping times, subpar product quality, and inadequate customer service. As such, I would hesitate to recommend DhGate to fellow shoppers.

NEVER DEAL WITH DH GATE is my advice.

Having never dealt with DH GATE before I saw a jacket that I wanted but could not get anywhere else in my size.

Therefore I opened an account with DH Gate and placed an order worth over GBP £90 with a “seller” listed as “ maonidayi ”.

The order was placed on 14 March 2024

After a few days I checked the status only to find a message from the “seller” maonidayi saying that the jacket was out of stock and suggesting that they could send a different jacket.

Because I did not want the other different jacket, I cancelled my order.

The next day I discovered that the "seller" maonidayi had refused to cancel the order, so my money was gone.

When I tried to get help from DH Gate, their system would not allow me to make a complaint until after goods had been received and only if I had clicked to say that the goods had been received !!

Because the “seller” had no stock, this was obviously impossible because I had received no goods because there were no goods to be had.

Therefore DH Gate had created a CATCH 22 situation for any purchaser who had money taken but no goods received.

I was stuck DH Gate's CATCH 22. This is why you should not take the risk and NEVER DEAL WITH DH GATE.

After many many many messages to DH Gate over many many days – over about a week in total – all to no avail, I finally contacted DH Gate's CEO Diane Wang with a letter of complaint setting out the problems.

Diane Wang's details are easily found by researching the internet.

Today ( 3rd April 2024 ) I finally managed to get my money refunded, but not without loads and loads of grief and hassle.

The lesson to all readers of this review is simple – I recommend that you NEVER DEAL WITH DH GATE. You have been warned.

DhGate gibt nur vor sich um den Fall zu kümmern...nichts passiert.

Leider ist ein Stern ein muss, eigentlich sollte kein Stern vergeben werden.
Keine Möglichkeit der Beanstandung. Die Website geht bei Beanstandungen nicht weiter. Ware bestellt, wurde Versand, aber nie eingetroffen. Keine Reaktion und keine Möglichkeit der Beschwerde.

je met 4 Etoiles car c'est le résultat qui compte, j'ai acheté un objet a 2500€ j'ai eu 2x un remboursement complet j'ai relancé la transaction car le vendeur me proposait a chaque fois une remise intéressantes, apres 3,5 mois j'ai eu l'objet moin cher .... donc c'est très réglo j'ai eu 35% de Reduction par rapport a si je l'avais acheté neuf ici ...

I have ordered 6 guitars and 3 watches (copies) through DHgate.
The first 4 guitars were very good. (a few frets were high and needed some dressing), but all in all they were very well built and offered great value.
The last 2 came from the sellers Musicgarden and Guitarhao. I would strenously recommend avoiding these 2 sellers.
I would recommend that buyers that do order guitars, request seeing photos of their guitars before agreeing to have them posted.
Again, some of the sellers are fine, but Musicgarden and Guitarhao should be avaided at all cost.
I have received 3 watches. A link came out of the strap on one of them, but they are all working and I would be happy to order another if the mood took me.

I ordered two watches. Both were defective and not usable when delivered. Completely unable to get a replacement or refund! I would NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!

Habe heute die Doll bekommen und habe gedacht, das es eine falsche Puppe ist.
Es soll die Puppe sein,,,schock.
Es ist eine sehr billige Aufblasbare Puppe von 10 Euro.
ich habe 140 Euro bezahlt.

Ordere shoes that now they have arrived are horrendous. The quality is poor, they look nothing like they should do. The seller has disappeared so can’t leave a review or open a dispute. They make it complicated so you can’t complain. You are only allowed to open a dispute once the thing has been delivered but if you say it has been delivered you then are not allowed to open a dispute. It’s disgusting. They leave no way for you to contact sellers or warn other people of what a waste of money things are.

AVOID
Not worth the hassle and stress that comes with it.

I ordered some computer accessories for resale, for over £1000. The seller sent me a product with similar packaging, good enough to fool me. I started selling them and got a huge amount of returns. It turns out they sent me a completely different product worth half the value. I contact dhgate and they said there is nothing they can do because I contacted them more than 21 days after the product arrived even though I had been scammed.

I tried to give dhdate one last go with some similar computer accessories. The seller sent them and again, everything looked good. I started selling them and got a mammoth amount of returns again. Turns out this time I was sent counterfeit goods. Once again dhgate do nothing because 21 days has passed.

I contacted both sellers and of course, neither reply.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE. THE REVIEWS SPEAK FOR ITSELF.

Dh Gate ist ein Betrug. Es ist 3 Monate her. Meine Produkte sind nicht angekommen. Ich habe viele Male an den Kundendienst geschrieben und sie haben nicht geantwortet. Jetzt haben sie mich blockiert. Ich habe noch nie eine so schreckliche Firma gesehen. Mein Vertrauen ist weg. Ich werde ihnen mein Geld nicht überlassen. Ich werde dieses betrügerische Dh-Gate überall kommentieren, so oft ich kann, damit andere nicht betrogen werden.
