molto affidabile i pacchi ci mettono un po ad arrivare ma ne vale l’attesa

Non ci si può credere che questa piattaforma non controlla rivenditori e ritorno ancora sul mio ordine fatto il giorno 14/05/24 che non è mai arrivato in Italia, ho mandato al rivenditore anche la foto del mio reclamo e mi ha presa anche in giro con un emoji di faccina sorridente! È possibile che nessuno controlla questi truffatori? O pensano che in Italia rubiamo ???? E ovviamente nessuno si degna di rispondere mai più !

Die Verpackung der Ware ( 6 Einheiten) war feucht und stark angschimmelt, Metallteile waren angerostet, bei der sachlichen und gerechtfertigten Beschwerde wurde ich als" rubbish buyer" bezeichnet, eigentlich nicht soo falsch wenn man die gekaufte Ware als Müll bezeichnet, was sie in diesem Fall auch war, es wurde eine Erstattung von 1 ct. angeboten, der Verkäufer (le6688)war sehr dreist. Bei der Schlichtung durch die Plattform wurde ich zunächst abgewiesen, da die reguläre Lieferzeit noch nicht erreicht war ( die Ware kam früher an als erwartet), als ich mich ein paar Tage später wiede an die Plattform wandte wurde ich erneut abgewiesen, da ich nun die Einspruchszeit überschritten hätte, also verarschen kann ich mich alleine, angesichts der Tatsache, daß dort ohnehin wohl Fälschungen und Plagiate angeboten werden (der Händler bezeichnet das als OEM Version), lieber Hände weg und laßt die Vögel auf ihrem Müll sitzen. Kaufdatum war der 31.5.23

Started off ok, got a couple of products until I ran into a scammer. Received a product that didn't work as expected, started their complaint process, they requested a video from me as proof. It's not that easy to make a video of headphones which do not hold charge well. But I made it. Except there is no way to upload a video for their review. So they closed my claim and gave my money to the scammer. Avoid this site. It's NOT worth it. I am not buying anything else off it.

I would give zero stars. I placed an order fmdfde5521 on 5/31.. zero legit tracki g its been well over a month. Seller removed their email, charged my credit card, and disappeared. If customer support really wants to help, please email me and allow me to RESPOND TO A LEGIT EMAIL, I will be glad to give the email I used to purchase.

I would give no stars if I could.

Ordered something a month ago (this Saturday) and still nothing.

I paid extra for seven day delivery for nothing.

I have emailed ’customer support’ several times and although I get vague responses, I do not get any answers and they just gloss over it. Zero help.

Der letzte Laden! Absolut keine Unterstützung bei Problemen mit dem Verkäufer! Ganz im Gegenteil, die helfen sich gegenseitig die Leute abzuzocken. Verkäufer hat mir nur einen Teil der Ware geschickt, billigstes Imitat, bezahlen musste ich es trotzdem. Und jetzt Achtung, Fotos reichten da nicht, DHgate wollte dann im Nachhinein ein unpacking Video, echt jetzt!? Wie soll das gehen!? 170€ für Müll. Unverschämtheit! Es ging 6 Monate. Und nebenbei bemerkt, alle Kontaktmöglichkeiten diesen abartigen Laden zu kontaktieren funktionieren nicht. Keine der Mailadressen existiert!

Stay well away. Bought shoes from the seller My_hert. Wrong size arrived. Informed them. I was called a scammer and threaten with lawyers letter. DH gate no help. I offered to return the shoes when I was back from vacation as I didn’t have the items with me but this was rejected. They pushed through a$20 refund which I did not agree to and closed my dispute. The seller further defamed me by saying I had done this many times before. I would love to see their proof as this was my first time ever using DH gate and can assure you the last. Never again I would recommend everyone to stay well away and avoid the hassle of being threatened by unscrupulous sellers.

What a con trick if you want a refund they tell you to go your card services but you only have 15 days to do and orders take longer so your conned with crap to fill your recycle bin stay away

Complete scam.. The app does not work, it is badly translated, there is no contact with seller who is ignoring my messages. The shoes are way too big and I paid nearly 100 euros for them. The app is saying I can only open the dispute within 21 days of receiving the item, I got them week ago and I cannot open a dispute. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS, YOU will not get what you pay for and lose money

j'ai passé une commande d'une veste à 23$, à la place, j'ai reçu une affreuse chemise immettable juste bonne pour la poubelle, après de longues discussion, j'ai fini par accepter un remboursement de 10$, sur le site, je trouve une même veste que je commande et je reçois la même affreuse chemise. Après à nouveau de longues tractations, j'accepte car j'en avais assez de me battre pour si peu, 10$ de remboursement. La 1ère commande date de février et la seconde d'avril. Je n'ai reçu aucun remboursement. Maintenant, ni le service après-vente ni les magasins me répondent. Ils se ventent d'avoir un super service après vente et bien mon expérience me dit que ce site est une plaisanterie.

We ordered a tent from dhgate for 160 euros. nobody informed us that it would not be delivered. It was only after months that we were able to find this out through research. We didn't get the money (160 euros) back. Unfortunately, you only get contact with chat bots, not by phone or email. Absolute fraud and a criminal shop.

Sono meno di zero truffatori autorizzati da leggine varie non c’è tutela per le persone che acquistano con fiducia su questo sito ! Servizio clienti fasullo ! Non acquistate !!!! il mio rimborso ormai non verrà più emesso ! Non ho mai avuto problemi su nessun altro sito solo con DH Gate ! Sono dei veri ladri

Fatal no me ha llegado el pedido y solo me han devuelto la mitad vergonzoso un pedido que hice en febrero y en mayo me devolvieron la mitad son unos sinverguenzas se ha quedado con 147 euros y mi pedido que nunca llego estafadores

I placed an order , money was taken immediately, I did not receive an any confirmation therefore no order number . I have emailed every email address that I could find but no replies. I won’t be using them again

Mai più acquisterò da questi ladri. Il venditore non ha mai spedito, fornisce 3 numeri di spedizione falsi, esibisce documenti falsi e il suo compare Kevin lo premia dandogli quasi la metà dei miei soldi. Questo è il loro modo di tutelare gli acquirenti che vengono truffati. Su 395,20 € ecco cosa mi rispondono a chiusura della controversia:
Dovremo trattenere una tassa di spedizione di $ 225 per il venditore ed elaborare un rimborso parziale di $ 225 (incluso il coupon di $ 30) per te e il reclamo verrà chiuso automaticamente.
Il rimborso verrà depositato sul conto in base al metodo di pagamento, che solitamente richiede dai 5 ai 10 giorni.
Poi non si capisce se mi rimborsano realmente o se mi danno dei coupon da spendere.
Insomma una truffa in piena regola con un complice di nome Kevin che ha impiegato 2 mesi per organizzare questa pagliacciata a mio sfavore.
State alla larga da questa azienda e dal venditore vape_pods, perchè da quello che mi è accaduto non posso non pensare che ci sono aziende protette e premiate da dhgate anche se non spediscono nulla. Ho aspettato 3 mesi per avere oltre al danno la beffa.
