Great customer service! Fast reply to my request of changing the size of the item I purchased. Very quick arrival of the new item without returning the wrong size one. I am very satisfied 😊

Customer service excellent, rings beautiful thanks so much. Will definitely be using again

Produit très bien. Ressemble aux photos du site.

Product choice abd price very acceptable but the ring i received is nothing like the image.. very chunky and plastic looking stone
Not happy ... ive had better rings from cheaper online sellers !!

Great and beautiful, No issues

Disappointed with items received, not what was advertised.

Quick delivery lovely looking ring

Really disappointed with the 2 enchanted Luster rings, the band width was thinner in size than the posted pictures on the website.

Super fast shipping! I got my rings in less than a week! Speaking of rings, they are beautiful! So sparkly and just like the picture. AMAZING value! I would buy from them again for sure! 10/10!

Beautiful ring , i really like it excellent service and value for money ,

Beautiful ring..looks very elegant and very authentic!

The website is great. The sizing is explained well and the rings are beautiful!

The two stone rings were beautiful .
The plain band was extremely thin, not like on the picture at all.
However I cannot wear them as I have ordered the wrong size, they are far too big for me.
Totally my own fault as I didn’t have a ring sizer and was guessing.

Well packaged and gorgeous. Thank you diamoray.

Perfect items and speedy delivery thank you 😊

I have purchased items prior and been really pleased however the last purchase I needed some guidance from customer service. After some confirmation from a representative I needed to change my order which was quickly taken care of. Unfortunately when the ring arrived the stones were too large for my liking I contacted a representative again and the team was so wonderful and exchanged the item for me and made the process so easy for me. Customer service has been excellent and the quality of the jewelry is excellent I would highly recommend this company and will buy again for myself and gifts.

Great company to deal with. If anything is wrong with order they have a great customer support.

The products are beautiful and the website is very appealing, but the overall experience was bittersweet. Shipping took much longer than promised, and the tracking stopped working. On the plus side, customer service was quick to respond and sent a replacement. However, I was disappointed by the packaging: generic boxes and far too much plastic. It didn't match the premium brand image they project; it felt more like a shipment from a budget Chinese store than from a UK store.
