Delivery of the 'Cat Elegance' lamp/figurine after a couple of week's wait. What arrived was definitely not as illustrated! Cheap crap is a better description. Paid £35 for this joke of a thing. Joke's on me. NEVER BUY FROM THIS SCAMMER.

The return address is china and you will have to pay to return it so doesn’t give you many options

We have recently lost our boxer dog after 11 years of love joy loyalty and companionship.
Despite previous bad experiences buying from Facebook ads the ad for Diana’s jewels popped up and a beautiful picture of a stained glass lamp in the shape of a boxer popped up on my feed.
Without thinking I ordered it as a momento of our beautiful boy.
I immediately knew something was wrong when the shipping track came through from
China.
On arrival it was a mass produced plastic lamp about 3” high with spray painted colours to represent the stained glass.
It was as good as a three year old could do!
Now I’m panicking that this set up have my banking details.
PLEASE , DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CON ARTISTS!

This company is a sham! I wish I’d read the reviews before I purchased their cheap plastic jewellery. The necklace was broken when it arrived and the other items are flimsy plastic. I have been offered only a 30% refund which I will have to accept as returning it to China and the added possibility of customs taxes is just not worth the hassle. And having read a review stating that getting the refund is problematic, I’m just not going to bother!

I would reiterate all the other reviews. Ordered ‘luxury’ earrings which have been sent without proper backs just tiny plastic things which are so small they are unusable. The earrings definitely aren’t gold and opal as shown on the website but cheap metal and plastic.
I have complained but have just been offered a discount. They won’t pay for the return and too expensive to return to China.

The ordered necklace did arrive but it was made of plastic and metal not the spendid jewel as depicted and it was not worth £2 let alone £22 (or the supposed £85 full price). I was foolish as it looked too good to be true and it was. You can return it (after several emails and discount offered) but as the return is to China (so much for the website bluff about “sadly closing my shop after 30 years”) I have decided to not incur more losses (£c10 postage) as I’m not convinced I will receive a refund. Of course, this is what they rely on. Don’t be fooled like I was.

The jewellery is RUBBISH. Like even worse than junk jewellery you would buy at junk stores. Nothing like the photographs and def NOT gold, white gold or silver but RUBBISH plastic like (I don't even know what material is used).

I purchased several items of jewellery from this organisation and found the quality of the products did not match the advertised items at all. The items were highly overpriced for the cheap stuff I received. The packaging too was substandard. I had to return the stuff and send it to an address in China, which was provided later after a few emails. I have been getting the runaround to get my refund and it has been a very frustrating experience. My recommendation is to avoid buying anything from this company.

I ordered a three strand 18k GOLD necklace however, I received a two strand STAINLESS STEEL necklace. Absolutely not what I expected and extremely flimsy!

My advice would be not to bother ordering from Diana Jewellery, if it seems to be to good to be true - WELL it is.

The hundreds of positive reviews on their website must be totally false or AI generated.

the jewellery was nothing like the advertisement. it was supposed to be gold, it wasn’t.
Goods were in a plastic mailing bag and shoved in my mailbox.
the rings and bracelets were of inferior quality and I’d be ashamed to wear them.
there is a second ‘store’ called Nola something. Same jewellery as poorly made.
TOTAL SCAM

This company tricks you by showing you what you've just bought for £10 cheaper. When you click on the cheaper price you have got two very similar items in your basket and paid for it too. Luckily PayPal paid my money back.

Would give zero stars if possible. This website is a complete scam - these people, whoever they are and they are not 'Diana', are also operating another website, selling the very same rubbish jewellery, at 'Mila & Rose Jewellery'. The same sob story - having to close etc etc etc, and therefore massive discounts. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't get conned.

Utter rubbish not even resembling the photograph. I realised as soon as I had placed the order for the earrings that I had made an error and tried to cancel my order. Unable to do so as was already "being carefully prepared"! Going straight into the bin! Best advice is to not get taken in by offer of huge discounts; statements of business closures; or indeed any Facebook adverts

Total scam - utter junk that wouldn't even make the contents of a christmas cracker. So poorly made that it is almost funny except for the rip off. Paid by credit card so have requested cash back, as company offered 15%, and then 30% discount so i 'could continue to enjoy them'.... photos of stones instead of an actual stone used is probably the most ridiculous example of what is a load of tat.

Jewellery. I I emailed and they didnt answer I got or what looks like cheap.2dollqr shop bracelet thats like plastic and tiny microscopic plastic earrings in those little plastic bags you find on a swivel stand in Target.$ Ive lost $150 on plastic THIS IS A SCAM
