Do not purchase from this company. Cheap and tacky substandard fashion jewellery

Bought some jewellery online and what was advertise as 16k gold was not gold at all but tacky gold plated over silver. I purchased three pairs of earrings and a set of bracelets which were purchased as gifts. Only one pair of earrings was sent and the tacky cheap thin light bracelets which were more like a cheap metal. When I told the seller two pairs of earrings were missing, I was asked to take photos of what was sent and the packaging. The packaging had been thrown out and the pieces of jewellery had been given away as gifts so this could not be done. All I wanted was to be given what I paid for. This type of service is not good enough. Made a claim through PayPal but my claim was refused because I could not get the documentation from the police which stated these people are total rip offs so I was not granted my refund! Be ware potential buyers, these people are total scammers and are not worth your while to look at let alone pay money for their trash.

Order took weeks to arrive after having to chase it. Earrings were cheap and tacky and overpriced. Will be donating to charity as too much hassle to return and probably wont receive a refund easily.

I ordered a few pieces of jewellery from this above website which stated their products are hand crafted gold and owner is retiring after years of business.

The parcel containing the goods arrived in the letterbox, not hand delivered or needed my signature. When I opened the parcel there was NO invoice or any document any information about contents. All items were in plastic bags. Only information available was on the envelope with Sender's name and address. On handling the goods I could feel they were very light weight and looked like most cheap mas produced trinkets. They could NOT even be described as Costume Jewellery.
I email the site voicing my disappointment and requested instructions on how to return the goods. When I did not get an immediate reply I went to the Post Office where I was advised to return the parcel with a Tracking Code. I received an email the next day with a return address in China. Then received another email telling me to try and recall the return parcel from the NSW address and then send it onwards to the China address. I responded that I did not do the transaction with a company in China. The Sender is definitely their staff located at their business site/warehouse and they should contact the staff there to recover the parcel , I suggested to them. I advised them I will report the matter to the Consumer Affairs Department.
