I am committed!
I like this program but needed to be able to spend time in it to LEARN it better.
It was a slow start for me. Had trouble paying for it internationally. Solved.
I am a part of a university research grant exploring the use of Decoding Diabeties by Jason Fung using fasting and weight loss to reduc insulin resistance. Recently hospitalized for covid/pneumonia/ diabetic ketoacidosis. What a ride.
Long story short it gave me the time to settle into this program and learn it.
I AM A SUGAR ADDICT! Bottom line. I have struggled with it my whole life. (I retire this summer).
The sugar addict hit home her first line. I need more!
Now I'm a Diet Doctor addict and I can live with that.

Tengo una membresía desde hace mas de 2 años y desde hace varios meses no puedo iniciar sesión en mi cuenta. Al principio pensé que era un problema mío pero me sucede con cualquier dispositivo y conexión a internet. No pude volver a usar el servicio por el cual pago todos los meses, me quiero dar de baja y encima no se adonde me puedo contactar ya que nunca recibo respuesta mas que para enviarme publicidades

Al principio me costo un poco debido a la falta de carbohidratos, luego el cuerpo se fue adaptando de manera rápida y comencé a sentir mas energía. Ayuda mucho los tips que son facilitados en el proceso.

Se ven deliciosas las recetas las provare me irá bien por mi salud. Gracias.

Gracias a Diet Doctor, por seguir enviando recetas a pesar de que todavía no he logrado entrar de lleno al plan, eso significa el interés de captar a un cliente y sobre todo, estar codo a codo.

Primero que la suscripción a la que me apunté eran una cantidad al año bastante irrisoria y me hna Cobrado 50 euros como parte de otros tantos que me dicen que me van a llegar. Llevo más de dos semanas intentando darme de baja tras haber disfrutado de mi mes gratuito de prueba. Todos los pasos que amablemente te indican para darte de baja no existen ni en la web ni en la app. Nadie contesta a mis mails, ni me devuelve el dinero ni consigo darme de baja.

Segundo dije que quería perder peso y que era diabética de tipo 1 y NADIE ni nada (si es un bot) me avisó de que esta patología no pierde ni un gramo.

Por decir algo bueno, si eres normal y quieres hacer esta dieta tan perjudicial para higaod y riñón para perder esos kilos de más, ofrecen una buena variedad de recetas apetecibles

No adelgazo ni que me empujen pero lo sigo intentado por que creo que a la larga lo conseguire

This site is an amazing resource. However in answer to the question “Have I earned your trust?”, I would like to see more “anti-keto” peer-reviewed studies. I am a massive fan of keto for weight-loss and for weaning off sugar relatively painlessly, but as a lifestyle and weight maintenance approach, I would like to see a more balanced argument. I love that you now offer low carb (but not keto) options for maintenance. Thanks.

I love this website. Good articles with good information that you can easily understand. Absolutely love the recipes and the meal plans help a lot. Highly recommended.

I’ve been following LGHF lifestyle for 3 years now.. Couldn’t have done it with this website.. My husband and I love the lifestyle and find it easy to follow and adjust out favorites to low carbs. Mostly stay 5 lbs below my goal weight but occasionally stray.intermediate fasting bring me back.. My husband and I are 75 and very active. I have given cooking classes to friends, they love my cooking..

Diotallevi nutrizionista. Esperienza molto negativa. Poco professionale, guai a contraddirla o mostrare poca fiducia su quanto asserisce.. . Diffidate, sia dagli strumenti che usa, (diagnostica intolleranze con uno strano strumento non confermate poi da analisi del sangue) ma sopratutto diffidate dai prodotti naturali che propone, sopratutto per le modalità d'uso da lei consigliate. Sto infatti curando dann a intestino i che mi ha causato per avermi fatto assumere per mesi purga, pure se natuale , a base di senna, assunta TUTTI i giorni, perché secondo lei solo così era possibile intestino libero e perdere peso (anche perché così la sua dieta era efficace!). Diffidate e affidatevi a professionisti seri e competenti.
