Best site in the world for up-to-date, cutting edge nutrition and health. And the recipes are always useful and delicious! I am a long-term subscriber and I plan to continue for a long time more.

Diet doctor saved my life. In 2020 I had serious health issues. I had seizures every day and all day and I almost gave up.

I researched journal articles and found that a low carb diet had been successful in many studies at stopping seizures. That lead to a recommendation of the ketogenic diet on the Diet Doctor website. I joined and began eating their low carb recipes. Two weeks later the seizures stopped. Nothing else was different in my days accept the diet. They were the main factor in my recovery.

I found their website is easy to navigate, easy to find recipes that suit a healthy lifestyle as they cater for different needs. I can sort and save meals and print shopping lists. It was perfect for me.

As I mentioned, two weeks after beginning their recipes my seizures stopped and now two years later, August 2023, I am in better health than I have ever been. I have also lost a lot of weight and am fitter than ever.

I can't recommend them enough because my children still have me in their life and it's because the Diet Doctor staff work so hard to make their recipes and their website so user friendly.

I also have to mention that have been able to stick to a strict keto diet because the recipes are so yummy and there are so many. I think there was just one that I didn't like but all the rest have been amazing.

I also love that their heart is in the right place. I found their reviews of research and expert videos extremely helpful in understanding my health issues. To me their business is a light in a world that I trust and can whole heartedly recommend.

The founder is a hero in my eyes. Thank you all who work at Diet Doctor my family and I are forever grateful.

I have been charged for 99 usd whereas I canceled the service during trial period and never signed up for annual subscription. If this is the way they are ripping off people - then I’m doubtful if this is a diet service or scam business. I’m extremely dissatisfied and would request everyone to not even sign up for any trial period - or they’ll take your money and you’ll just lose your hard earned $99 .

I have left a recent review regarding the company and the UNAUTHORIZED charge of membership on July 29, 2023. The company responded via this site requesting information to process refund, I have emailed the company again attaching my original request for refund and all pertinent information to indicate this unauthorized charge; as of today, zero response!

Complete scam
They have taken 5 payments ..different sums … over the last two months ..
have just cancelled.
Am trying now to get my money back

I didn’t have any purchases it was refunded I canceled then today nearly £100 has come out of my bank. I login on to diet doctor and the subscription is showing still active. What is all that money for? I have emailed and I am awaiting response. Will update

Where to start…..
The free trial was a major lie. For two weeks I tried to get access to the program and it didn’t work. I tried to cancel my membership not to be charged and I couldn’t.
I opted at the time of subscription to pay a monthly subscription and I was charged for the whole year.
Nobody is answering my emails. ..
Another let down…

No one is getting back to me about a refill d for an annual charge I didn’t sign up for. I’ve emailed twice and no response. I will be contacting my bank for a dispute with your horrible company

The menus are great and easy to follow. However, once my trial membership was over I was charged for a full year and never given an option or advised the date it was over. I have tried every day from the expiry to discuss this matter with a representative with no results. In my mind this is bad customer service.

This company stole my money even after I cancelled the App. They have ignored all emails. DO NOT TRUST the app

You're app took nearly a 100€ from my account and i have never used this diet doctor stuff, i really need a explanation. Im sorry for bad language but this is messed up. I want my money back.

The app is not worth the money. Nothing new, just the same old information. Their customer service is never responding to any of my messages. Is this a scam? I want my money back

Testade 30 dagar gratis, sa upp medlemskapet inom de 30 dagarna. Nu har DietDoctor dragit 890(!!!) kr från mitt konto och svarar inte när man försöker få tag på dom.

I signed up to a 30 day trial and cancelled before it was due to finish but my PayPal have billed me for a year subscription and I cannot use or get into the account.

I feel scammed

They claimed that you would have a 30 days trials, but once you spent an hour filling the form and give up your personal info, they ask you for credit card info. before even see any programs. If they have had something useful they would have give you a real 30 days later, knowing that they are confident!

This company took money from bank account although I have no active membership with them. When I asked them to refund the money taken, they responded that they cannot refund because I do not have a membership?????

DietDoctor has not answered repeated support requests. Therefore I will never get a refund for a product I never used and has no value whatsoever to me. Just a waste of money and terrible, nonexistent service.
