Ordered plates, but the NFC does not work on metal, which our entire cart is! So only qr code works which for the money is a rip off.

I purchased some google stickers and a plate 2 months ago…i am still waiting for them…
I have contact with the company but no solutions. I gess I lost my money but it will not stay like this.

Our business ordered two tiles on 22 Nov 24, we were charged twice due to a fault with their website, which to their credit they refunded, but they tried to blame us for the overcharge!
Now it is 2 Dec 2024 and the tracking is still not registering on their carrier's site (Track17) or on the Australia Post app.
We contacted their customer service email who replied saying it takes "7 to 10 working days," which if true should mean we can see the parcel on their carrier's tracking site and/or on Australia Post's site. Nearly three weeks later and both say no tracking number exists.
Although their customer service department responds quickly, the 'free post' is a gimmick when you are at checkout there is no option for express delivery and we are still waiting...
We operate a business and can't wait three weeks (or possibly more now) for these overpriced tiles to arrive.
As we have been looking into this, we have read about issues with the RFID application and that many people have to use the QR code instead. We hope that doesn't happen to our tiles.
So far we are very unimpressed and will not continue to recommend Digifeel to our business connections (we have made more than ten recommendations since our purchase).
It is also concerning that Digifeel do not seem to have a Google Review rating. We find it strange that this company would not have a Google referral site and review rating. They seem to have disabled ratings on their Facebook page too, which is also a concern given these are central to their business model!
If the items have not arrived by 6 Dec 2024, we will instruct our bank to claw the money back.
We will post any update(s) that happen from now.

Great product to encourage clients to leave a review on Google whilst at my Hair & beauty salon or a handy reminder for them to do it once at home🥰
We are now getting reviews daily instead of once/twice a week.
Nice looking product, I am now considering purchasing the product for facebook/instagram!

Purchasing the product was easy, though I had a glitch with my first payment. Once resolved, customer service and delivery were excellent, and I received updates on my shipment. I got my first review the next day after I received the card—a 5-star rating! 🎉 I also received a constructive 4-star review that showed where I could improve my service. I now see Digifeel as a valuable tool for enhancing my offerings.

It’s good but not as smooth as the video show lots of people can’t get the NFC up so have to use the QR code.
