Bought the Hunter V3 and its an amazing bike, soo fast! Great customer service too and fast shipping.

I bought the 500w kit. Once it was back in stock it arrived within a few days. Good quality kit and easy to install with very straightforward instructions. Customer service was very good with a representative answering my emails within a few hours. Highly recommend Dillenger if you want a good conversion at a really good price.

Bought one for myself then one for my wife. Brilliant piece of kit and excellent service/suppprt from Dillenger. Using our bikes much more than before. The kits arrived quickly, the build was easy with enough information available online. Great support service. Plenty of power and plenty of fun.

This is an excellent and very supportive company. There support team were quick to react to my questions and the extra parts that I needed were sourced and dispatched quickly. Any follow up question I had were answered with in 24hrs with a back up video.
I have no problem recommending them to anyone who is looking for an electric bike conversion.

Just finished installing my second Dillenger Samsung Street Kit. Purchased 1st one 4 or 5 years ago and it's still running strong. Easy to install, reasonably priced. Perfect for arthritic knees. Excellent for use on bike trails. I get about 34 miles out of a charge. Not good on hills, but if you prepare (change gears and pedal assist) for short grades its easy. This kit got my wife and me back riding regularly.

Great product. Fast delivery. Kit fitted perfectly to my 29" bike. Powerful, fast and great fun to ride.

In fairness, please note that my one star rating has nothing to do with the quality of this company's product but is much more a reflection of my dissatisfaction at loosing nearly $200 of my $950 payment for a package that was PROMPTLY returned undelivered and unopened. I placed my order late one Fri, cancelled it early Sat one hour after pickup, with package being promptly returned, undelivered and unopened. For this privilege I paid nearly $50 plus $50 in courier costs plus an additional approx $100 admin cancellation costs. So BEWARE and read the fine print. Had I done this I would not have chosen to do business with a company who charged such high admin cancellation fees and also employ a courier who doubled their normal delivery fee for, by their own admission, keeping the package in the van and returning it during a standard run the following day.

Kit is excellent. Only downside is that the pedal sensor does not easily fit all bikes, I'd like to see an alternative option design that can be glued to the inside of a chainwheel.

I recently purchased a front wheel conversion for a 700c hybrid road bike. I've never owned an electric bike before and decided to convert my belt drive hybid with a street legal Dillenger kit. I was amazed how quickly it arrived (within 2 days) and how easy it was to install. Within 1.5hrs from unboxing the kit was fitted and working. I found a youtube video with a guide that proved very useful. I was initially concerned that it wouldn't be very powerful, however it proved better than I expected. I have a 1km 14% hill to climb near my house that usually finds me out - now I can cruise up the hill at 25km/hr without pedalling! Now the rest of my family want to convert their bikes.

amazing kits, heaps of fun and transform bikes that weren't really being used. I now can get up into town on a solar powered bike, which is very very cool. Also phoned for technical advice, and was talked patiently through the issue, boom, sorted.Thanks.

Great unit plenty of power when you need it. Very happy with the unit and the price.Would throughly recommend them. I have the front wheel drive unit. Makes riding absolute pleasure.

My husband just installed a Premium OffRoad Electric conversion kit on my mountain bike. It was a pain free install, and wow it doesn't disappoint. It is extremely zippy, easy to use and offers a very smooth ride. I will no longer be dragging the chain behind him up hills and we can enjoy more cycling together. It has renewed my enjoyment of cycling. Dillinger were excellent to deal with even having test bikes to try before you buy. Very happy so far 10/10.

Bought a BBS02 kit to fit to my existing mountain bike. Good product that is well explained throughout the manuals. I had a few little issues but Dillinger support was there and always responsive throughout my build. Really happy with my end bike which I now use to commute as a replacement for a motorcycle. Would buy a kit from them again!
