The bike arrived at home in rural Nsw in 4 days. I have done 85 km since last week and I love it. Would recommend this bike to all commuters.

You guys have been good to deal with and i love your products however the new 6500w kit could use some refinement to the quality of connection used for the motor that come apart very easily nice robust battery case but could be improved by reducing the excess material and maybe going for a lighter gauge to save weight axels are not hardened very well and torque are required the slot to be cut and reoriented to get a more useful part and finally was alot of un used inputs i think the simplicity of the 1500k would be something to emulate to make it more user friendly but otherwise happy with the hardware im getting it repaired as the hall effect wire seems to be cut

All good from start to finish. Did quite a bit of research before going with Dillenger and I am pleased with the result. It is a well thought through kit with some excellent touches. Its hard to make a 'one size fits all' when bikes can vary so much - but the Dillenger kit is an excellent attempt. Of course it helps if you are a bit if a bike mechanic (I am). Very pleased with the result and I now hope the reliability and longevity matches the good experience to date.

Product - fantastic. I would recommend it to anyone.
Instruction manual - bit difficult to navigate. You really need someone with some mechanical know-how if you're going to fit it yourself.
Customer service - no complaints.
Overall I highly recommend this product and company. Actually, I have already and notice a couple of them on my way to work.

Never have any problems. Always willing to help, even with small item orders.

Great bikes and great prices.

Excellent product, however I wish they wouldn't use Australia Post for small parcels.

I got my bike kit in 2 says (via Direct Freight Express) however I forgot to order a freewheel and ordered it separately.

This one is coming via Australia Post, and I am still waiting for it!
This is no criticism of Dillenger's products or service.

Sad to say I am very unhappy with the purchase I made with Dillenger , no one was interested with my complaints regarding the bike, ( Fat/or 1000w), nothing but trouble and to get parts and oil for brakes, that's another. Story, I have sold the bike and moved on with a Ttrek, they are looking after me.

Ps, I ordered a new charger for the fat boy 6 months ago and only just received it 2 days ago to find the brackets holding the plug in were missing, this is so poor.

Our kit developed a fault after 2 years of trouble free service I was still able to purchase spare parts to troubleshoot the motor the staff were both friendly and helpful

Great E-Bicycle Kit, Easy to install and surprisingly powerfull

I purchased a BBSHD kit for my mountain bike which Dillenger installed professionally for me. WOW - Now I ride my bike nearly every day and it is one of the best purchases I have ever made. I don't need to drive to work anymore and I save time and fuel money - it's fantastic. Dillenger supply a great product and it is backed by a year warranty for peace of mind. All of the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. I'd recommend Dillenger to anyone who wants to get an electric bike! VEry Happy!

They are reliable and quick with deliveries, their Cheetah Explorer folding with Lithium rechargeable batteries performs well. However, the max distance advertised for each charge always falls short...but despite this, I'm very happy to continue to use Dillenger for my ongoing transport needs (as I have a Disability and cannot use a car). I always shop online because I live in Perth and have tried several other dealers but prefer Dillenger ever time. Happy to recommend the Company to others.

Had a few difficulties with setup, even being an experienced bike mechanic, just found that certain bits were not compatible with my current setup.
Brake sensors could not be fitted to current brake levers(bought new levers), not enough space between crank and frame for RPAS(Bought new wider bottom bracket), thumb throttle not compatible with XT gear shifters so removed front gear shifter and replaced triple chain-ring cranks with single ring crankset. Chain alignment now too offset. Also had to file fork dropouts to accommodate axle.
Despite all that, I understand that it is impossible to supply something that will work with every setup. Maybe add some further technical details specifically around compatibility with brake levers, gear shifters and clearance between cranks and BB in the Will this fit my bike section.
Very happy with end product even though there was a lot work to get it setup.

The replacement battery is expensive compared to the original kit. Delivery was very fast. I have had a kit on my mountain bike for a couple of years now to help get me up the hill on the way home. The bike is an awesome way to get around.

Ordered a Hunter Off road e-bike and it arrived as specified. No issues with the set up and was easy to get riding quickly.

Dillenger's communication responsiveness was great, their website information was clear & easy to use, The e-bike conversion kit was well thought out & came with clearly written & illustrated instructions. Dillenger's help service was also accessible & useful for installation trouble shooting.
