Prompt service and good feedback.

It took 7 months to get a replacement charger for my Dillinger Cheetah.
That made the bike unusable.
This needs to be resolved before I can recommend Dillinger

Been very good had a speed sensor fail and issues with the throttle from loading in and out of cars but otherwise great getting about 25km with a 20 Ah battery on full throttle which is great

I was after kit to make my 20klm bay trail commute a bit quicker on the windy days and am happy with it after first 200klm. average 32 to 37 klm p/h. Fitting the oversize axle was a pain and i had to file quite a bit of metal off the forks. Also had to buy a new disc with 6 bolt holes as my shimano one did not fit. Great combo with an alfine 11 speed hub and belt drive. one issue is the charge port grommet does not fit well but can be pryed in with a pointy implement. it survived some awfully wet conditions sofar. saving me lots of time so very happy.

Missing part of order but sorted pretty easily
I know the info is on-line but a paper "how to look after/install/charge your battery" would have been nice.
I should have, but didn't, realise the battery didn't come with a charger.
Maybe that could be flagged during on-line purchase.

Easy to contact prior to purchase and provided extra measurements so I could be sure it would fit my bike. Arrived within 3 working days.
I had to file the dropouts of my bike more than just a little, from 9mm to over 10mm and also had to file a little of the inside of the fork to clear the motor and also needed a few extra washers to spread the fork a couple of mm.
Other that that everything else was easy to fit and the kit seems to do everything I require. I'm only using pedal assist mainly on assist levels 1 and 2 and haven't fitted the throttle. I work quite hard and have travelled 65km and still have 2 to 3 bars showing on the LCD display indicating a range of more than 150km.
So far I have ridden over 250km with the kit fitted in 2 weeks.
Time will tell about its reliability.

Purchased a battery from them , Paypal payment taken out straight away but no battery for nearly 3 months. On delivery was incorrect battery (my fault entirely). Contacted via email to either exchange or refund and still no response after two weeks

Firstly, there was no acknowledgement of order and payment recieved
after a week i contacted them for confirmation....they told me they had and to check all of my mail boxes.....i did....nothing....i contacted them again and they sent me confirmation and shipping details
When I opened the package i was presented with a dirty, rusty, scratched, chipped and used electric hub motor and wheel
I contacted them and was asked to take photos and forward them
Since they have learned that i thought their kit would fit a fatbike but won't...they have avoided the issue of the condition of the wheel entirely , not offering any solutions.....recommending i sell the kit or buy another bike, or contact paypal....appalling, evasive and deceptive cheats....
this after sales support, misleading advertising and patronising conduct is far from the professional appearance they have.....disgracefull
this matter has disappointed me for 3 weeks now and looks like i will have quite a battle to get what i've paid for

Conversion kit is great and has been fun to install.
Communication from firm not good though. Ordered online after calling to discuss and only found out my kit was on back order when it still hadn't turned up some weeks later. Rang to be told - 'it is on the website' but nothing there when I ordered, and nothing on sales invoice/receipt etc..

I purchased a BBS01 mid drive kit for my Giant comfort bike. Great support and quick responses from the Dillinger team. Easy transaction and quick delivery of the kit. Installation was easy as the documentation made sense. The tool kit had everything I needed to do the job. The bike went brilliantly from the first test ride. I regularly get 40+ kms from a charge over varied roads including hilly dirt roads. Great job Dillinger, keep up the good work.

Product was fine but took far too long for an item located in Australia over a week (8 business days).

Ordered a simple replacement part online which was supposedly in stock. 1 month later I called to ask where it was, my first inquiry was not followed up and on my second was told there was none in stock and would take another two months before delivery.

This wasn't good enough so I followed their instructions to cancel my online order so I could order elsewhere. This request was also ignored and my part arrived 3 months after my original order of an "in stock" item. I'm not so fussed about the first bungle where the item was not actually in the inventory - this happens. But the follow up service was very poor and I won't use this retailer in future.

Does exactly as I had hoped. Mechanically is very good - would recommend the thumb throttle though.
