Diningroomsoutlet レビュー

Sydney was incredibly helpful and quick with helping me finalize my purchase and answered all of my questions .

Greg, Cindy and Fiona all made the shopping experience super simple and easy right from the comfort of my own home. They also offered a much better price than any other company for the bed I was looking for. Very pleased so far. Can’t wait to get my new bed.

Great experience ordering easy! Della Was so helpful and thorough!

John did a great job resolving an issue I had with my bedroom set order.

Diningroomsoutlet are great! The young man I was working with, Greg, was very helpful, professional, informative, and kind. I've ordered from this company now 5 times and I have never been disappointed. I highly recommend them.

John was very pleasant and professional. He walked me thru step by step and made sure the order was acurate. Thank you so very much

Great experience ordering the furniture I want . Sharon made it easy!!!! She was very nice and professional.

Best price by far on the piece we were looking for. Inventory showed as out, but Sean checked around and found our piece. He was very professional and helpful.

Courteous and professional help from Sydney and Sean. They explained the process clearly. Hope the delivery side is just as smooth and pleasant!

I have been very pleased with Della and the entire DiningroomsOutlet.com team. The pandemic significantly delayed my first dining room set order back in January, but a team member reached out to me faithfully every two weeks with an update until it arrived a couple of weeks ago. Today, I ordered two additional chairs at a great price with fast, professional service. I will happily return to purchase more items in the future.

My experience was truly great! Pam worked really hard to meet our needs and was very kind and professional. Thank you, Pam!

Bought a Leather Italia sofa and loveseat, worked with Ariana - she was great. I had a bunch of questions, and she "jumped through hoops" to answers everyone in great detail, and backed it all up by putting everything in writing. Can't wait till our new furniture arrives.

The service I received from this company was exceptional. The customer service rep by name Andrian was so on point. He made my purchases so easy and everything from placing my orders to the delivery was remarkable. The items arrived within one week without delay and in perfect condition.
ANDRIAN I hope you see this review because your customer service skills is a top notch and I was very comfortable. Trust me because of you Andrian I will be patronizing this company and I will refer my friends as well. Thank you for helping me purchase this living room set its nice and I love it.

Had a very good experience ordering. Della helped me alot. Excited to get my furniture.

Very helpful. Order was placed successfully after a careful review, credit application, etc... Very appreciative and looking forward to new dining chairs ! Thank you Greg

I have been looking at this dining table for awhile and finally purchased it. Della was a gem, she answered all my questions and made my purchase easy.

This review is for John. He was extremely helpful and accommodating.

I reached out via chat to ask a few questions about a table I was interested in purchasing. Pam responded immediately and not only answered my questions but asked if I wanted to move forward and she kindly processed my order for me. She was so friendly and very helpful. I have never shopped on this site before but I will ensure I shop here before purchasing furniture on any other site.

John was a great help!!! I work in the furniture industry so I understand how it works and John was excellent. He had all the answers and didn’t try to “guess” at anything very professional.

So far so good, though I may need to edit after delivery. I worked with the CS agent Chloe, she was able to help me find a sofa that was in stock and able to be delivered in a month. This day and age that's a miracle. She also gave me a discount on set-up, which was very nice. As long as everything goes as expected this will be one of my easiest furniture purchases!
