Good quality food
Good quality food, although was disappointed with the amount of chicken in the pie for the price. They are catering size boxes and too big for us really, just don't have sufficient freezer space. Would be better for smaller households to do half boxes.

Excellent door-2-door food service…
Recommended by a friend and not disappointed. Garry who was the agent appeared in the time span he said he would. Truly amazed at the variety of products on offer and the quality was obvious to see. Everything looked fresh, and it was, and extremely well packaged. Pricing good and the door-2-door service is a real bonus given I live in a rural village. I intend to use again and 100% pass on my recommendation to everyone out there.

A cold call from Mike proved to be a…
A cold call from Mike proved to be a very positive conversation about the fish products the company carry. He was clear, detailed and there was no pressure as it was obvious the fish was very high quality at a very competitive price. Cod, salmon and tuna have all cooked up into delicious meals. The smoked haddock naturally smoked too. Although the fish is frozen, given 24 hours to defrost in the freezer has proved so much better than supermarket supposedly fresh fish, which can often just fall apart on cooking. We will certainly use again and try more of their extensive range.

I was initially pleased to see somebody selling meat by knocking doors, but they soon scared me off with a pushy sales technique. It was amazing how he knew how much space was in my freezer, not willing to commit to coming back either. I’ll stick with a local butcher, nice concept, wrong salesman!

Quality fish to my door what is there not to like. I have been struggling to find quality fish in the Super Market and am too lazy to get myself down Newlyn, though its a good idea on paper. Frozen prepared quality fish is the solution I have been looking for - Many Thanks.

Only had 4 of the 20 we bought but I must say, they are excellent quality. Not cheap but certainly if affordable, they are tasty and delicious as well as value for money.

The chicken was very nice and good quality, would be keen to order again but only for special occasions due to price. We would also order a selection box if they did one so that we could sample different things before buying a full box.

Doesnt resemble salmon and chewy mince
I should have known better than to buy food from a random guy turning up in the street to sell meet and fish I suppose. Lesson learned. £130 for some grass fed beef steak mince and wild caught salmon. The mince was chewy and honestly the worst mince I’ve ever had and the fish although it was ok Didnt resemble salmon in the slightest. I have a freezer full of it and quite honestly will throw it in bin as I don’t even know how to contact the company. Rip off!

This is certainly not the experience we want any customer to have, and we would strongly encourage you not to throw anything away just yet. We do have a full product guarantee policy in place, and if there is a genuine quality issue, we do want the opportunity to investigate it properly and put things right.
For any quality concern, we ask that customers contact us within 14 days, with no more than two portions used from a box, and that the remaining product is kept frozen in its original packaging. We may ask for photos, batch details, or for the product to be retained for collection or inspection so we can review it fully with our supplier.
We are sorry you were left unsure how to contact us, and we would like the chance to resolve this for you directly. Please contact our customer service team with your details so we can look into the salmon and mince concerns properly.

Your prices have increased since taking over the supply of food and as a pensioner living alone I can cope but I don’t think a family could afford to enjoy the luxury of your food.

I bought the Tandoori Chicken portions,and they were absolutely delicious.I had a friend staying with me for the Easter and it was immensely enjoyed.by all. It was an unexpected knock on the door that introduced us to Dining Solutions and, whilst all the boxes looked amazing, we decided to buy the Salmon Wellington parcels.
