I’m pleased to hear our representative made a good impression and approached things in the right way, that’s exactly how we train our team to operate.

I completely understand your concern regarding the box appearance, and I want to reassure you that all of our products are kept frozen to strict standards and are never defrosted and refrozen. What you received will have been from our working stock, not a demonstration product, even if the outer packaging didn’t look its best.

That said, presentation does matter, and I’ll make sure this is fed back to the team so we can improve that side of things moving forward.

If you have any concerns at all once you’ve tried the products, please don’t hesitate to get in touch, we’ll always look to put things right.

Another household saved by chicken kievs and prawns. Civilization hanging on by garlic butter and quick dinners between school runs. Here’s a tidy reply you can send without it sounding like a freezer catalogue.

Your point about bulk buying is a really good one. Trying something new can feel like a bit of a commitment when the packs are larger, so the idea of a “pick and mix” style box is a great suggestion. I’ll make sure Tom and the team hear that.
