You certainly would have been speaking with one of the people who appear in our social media videos! We don't have a call centre which means that people can get immediate and straightforward advice about a potential personal injury claim from their very first call to us - from someone who knows about no win no fee personal injury claims, what can be claimed for and how - and most importantly, knows how to help prospective claimants understand their rights and options!

We're delighted that you have had such a positive experience with us. Our genuine aim is for every client to get the experience you have had and it seems we're delivering on that well!

Thank you for providing feedback. Customer service is really important to us and we know it is to our claimants too! This is an area we know we can (and do) out perform our competitors in - personal injury compensation claims are often dealt with by large organisations with faceless call centre staff. Not here! As you know, the claims process will rumble on for some time now that it is up and running. There will be be periods of quiet at the outset as the Solicitors await response from the defendant insurers. However, as soon as there is any news they will be in touch.
