We had an excellent experience with Pivotal Legacy Planning. From our initial contact through to completing our wills, the whole process was professional and straightforward.

Shane very explained everything to us and answered our questions making sure we understood the arrangements before finalising them. We felt that our circumstances were listened to and that the advice was tailored to our needs, rather than simply being a one-size-fits-all service.

Communication was also excellent throughout, and the process was handled efficiently and with care.

We've been meaning to update our wills for decades and our son recommended Paul Hunt to assist us in the task. Ours needs proved relatively simple as no Will Trusts were required but Paul still took us through our options so that we were able to make informed decisions in this regard. Way cheaper than you'd pay a high street solicitor but still with the benefit of face to face meetings via Zoom. Highly recommended.
