Larrington and Co, and specifically Alicia who looked after our case, are absolutely superb. Simple as that. We used them as our solicitors for our recent house move and could not have been more impressed with the friendly, professional, efficient and competent service that they provided. Communication was excellent throughout, Alicia was always available on email or a call for any queries and responded quickly throughout the entire process and nothing was ever too much trouble. She also had a great working relationship with our estate agent (Cannon & Co) which made things even easier and smoother. We used L&C for our remortgage and from start to the finish the process was a breeze.
Mandy Baker looked after us and was incredibly helpful with any questions, communication of progress was fantastic, both updating the portal and via email.
All in all it took around 3 weeks to complete, with no stress or hassle.
Mandy also was on holiday at the very end and the handover to 2 colleagues, left absolutely no gaps in knowledge, time or response.
