Flooring order
The flooring arrived as promised. 1 pack was damaged in transit so I call the company and they immediately sent a replacement

Couldn’t get the basics correct!
Went into the store and provided them with the sq I needed covered. Was advised that I would need 17 packs which I bought that day. At this time there was a 20% sale on. I asked multiple times if this would be enough flooring, and was physically shown the calculation to confirm it would cover me.
Once my fitter started to lay the flooring it became apparent VERY quickly that there would not be anywhere near enough. Went back into the store to be told that I had been told the wrong information and that infact I would need 27 packs to cover the sq.
To add insult, I was advised that due to the sale no longer being on I would have to pay full price for something that was THEIR mistake! I was told their ‘tills were not set up’ to be able to do anything. I was advised this would be passed to the area manager and that I would be contacted, I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE ANY RESPONSE WEEKS LATER!!
Appalling experience. If the flooring hadn’t already been laid I would not have given them another penny!
Poor quality flooring, terrible service
Bought expensive white gloss luxury LVT for about a grand. Got messed about with fitting dates but was promised early December. Time comes and it was pushed out to just before christmas. Their guys came out to fit but started making excuses on the day and didn't fancy the job. Got my own fitter who fitted it all. It's covered in scratches a week or 2 in and we've been very careful with it. The white gloss must be about 2mm thick and isn't fit for purpose. Once scratched it's beyond repair and buffing just makes it worse. Also had issues returning a box even though my fitter was promised there would be no issues. Got it done after an argument. Was then subsequently charged a fee of about £32 from square inc who must do the returns on behalf of them so didn't get the full amount back for the box which cost like 54 quid. Really terrible experience and will need to replace it all again shortly. Do not use this company.

Great communication and super fast delivery, my only small issue was the delivery charge was £40 but that seems to be the standard amount for quite a few flooring companies

Check the online price after you visit a store.
Well stocked flooring in the store. The 20% off had come to an end the day before I visited so I went home and ordered online getting it at the special offer price. I got it delivered to the store to collect saving myself quite a bit of money.

Very unhelpful
Very unhelpful. Bought £1000 of flooring but joiner suggested I might need an additional 2 packs. Branch 10 mins away but the policy is YOU BUY IT KEEP IT NO REFUND EVER
when it’s a full unopened pack which they stock and could be returned the next day I would suggest going to another supplier where they allow this and are more helpful
Great company sent off for some samples…
Great company sent off for some samples and they arrived 2 days later. Finally decided on flooring and came in great time.Delivered to the door no problems would recommend to family and friends

ordering Laminate online
girl i spoke to on telephone was lovely and really helped me before i went ahead and ordered my Laminate,and gave me a call back to check everything was ok with my order and delivery details.i am older so to have that little bit of help was greatly appreciated x

The flooring was delivered next day which was what we needed. In pristine condition. We got the same floor from another company at the packaging was damaged. Will use again if we need more flooring in the future

I wasn't sure on how much flooring I needed and they had a handy calculator to help work it out. I coukd also picture the various flooring in my living room before I bought it.
Very quick turn around for delivery as well .

Rubbish service
Rubbish service. Went to the Direct Flooring shop a number of weeks ago, the outlet in Hillington and priced flooring, price was given, I was happy to proceed but had no communication from staff regarding a tradesman coming to visit to give me a accurate price for laying the floor (as I live in a first floor flat) no 😭 communication, ive had to do all the running. As a result you've lost a sale in excess of £1,500 and I will take my business elsewhere. Get your act together !!!
