Our product. Was out of stock when ordering but Diectflooring kept us up to date until the items became available. Delivery was completed on the day asked for without any problems. Will use them if the need for new flooring is required again.

We ordered flooring for the wholeâŠ
We ordered flooring for the whole downstairs of our home (which wasnât cheap). They asked us to provide them with a specific delivery date to ensure someone would be home. I had to do this on 3 separate occasions as everytime I took a day off work to make sure Iâd be home, it didnât arrive, with no explanation from the company once I called & asked why. They couldnât give me an answer other than, âwe donât know where your floor isâ.
Then a week later I randomly receive a phone call from a delivery driver saying heâs outside my house with the floor. I had to leave work again to go home, only to find all the flooring left outside on the street in the pouring rain.
I then called Direct Flooring again to complain about this & the fact that Iâve had to take a total of 4 days of unpaid leave from work to be at the house and the guy on the phone (apparently the manager) was rude & unapologetic and said he would call me the next day with an explanation from the courier company.
Itâs been a month & he still hasnât called- terrible customer serviceâŠdo not recommend.

Evading complaint resolution
I ordered flooring for my entire downstairs. The flooring arrived flawed including spots from faulty sealant that cannot wash off, gaps between floorboards, boards broken lengthwise. I've complained to the company over email and have been strung along for months with no steps toward resolution and they have now stopped responding to my emails.
Am still awaiting a refund

A pleasure using Direct flooring. Had an issue with my first delivery (all to do with the courier and NOT Direct flooring) but was dealt with immediately and professionally by Andrew with one phone call, absolutely superb. Flooring is now down and looking good. Will use direct flooring again and more than happy to recommend.

I ordered online but offered pick up from depot but didnât give me the option at checkout and charged me£39.99 for delivery I pick it up from Kilmarnock store and my money for delivery was to be refunded found them impossible to get on the phone was told to wait 10 days still no refund nearly 14 days canât reach them by phone or email and no reply from contact form please aviod

Once again great flooring but no confirmation email! Checked all spam inboxes and it's just not there. This is something you really need to sort out as I have to chase the order up to make sure what I've paid for is available every single time. It's a lot of money to play around with.
