Thank you for your review. It's important for readers to understand that no warranty covers faults covered while continuing to use vehicles in a state of failure. 

You attempted to claim for a water pump and head gasket failure on your van. An independent inspector advise the nature of the failure was a long standing coolant leak from the thermostat housing which has developed into a head gasket breach most likely due to low coolant levels. 

No warranty is able to cover faults caused by continued usage in a state of failure without remedial maintenance.

Despite this, we offered to assist with your water pump repair.

Thank you for your review. It is important for readers to understand that FCA regulated insurance products require certain documents to support claims.

You purchased your GAP policy online in December 2025 before subsequently opening a claim on the 9th March 2026 after the vehicle was involved in a collision.

We have been unable to approve the claim as key documents are missing, including:
• Images of vehicle damage
• Vehicle purchase invoice
• Proof of payment

A manager will be in touch to discuss your case.
