Spoke with someone who knew all I needed to know and was patient whilst I had to find a few details.

The process was very clear and easy to understand

Diane was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. This was my first time experience in arranging this type of cover. The different options were explained clearly and I was able to choose the correct cover for me. The operator has a really nice telephone manner.

I spoke to Diane S, and her service was fantastic. It has always been good with Direct Gap. You call, they answer, you give them info, they give you a good price. 10 minute job for 4 years peace of mind. Result.

I used direct Gap on my previous new vehicle and find the process quite straightforward, although I've never had to make a claim having read other customers reviews i have confidence in the quality of the product, they offer a competitive price with a high level of cover and should the worst happen then I have the peace of mind having chosen a reputable company.

I was able to speak directly to someone! Also my call was answered directly without having to hold on and on and on. And press numerous buttons! The lady was very efficient and helpful and the whole process took barely 15 minutes. I would recommend this company highly.

Offers great advice about minimising risk whist at the same time providing extremely competitive rates for taking out bespoke insurance cover. Professional and reassuring .

This is 4th Time I have renewed with Direct Gap - I rang to workout how to move from an existing policy to a new one. Customer services were very helpful and friendly. I haven't had to claim at all so can't comment on that experience, But would recommend Direct Gap. Its refreshing to actually talk to someone on the phone

Amazing customer services, no automated menus just a helpful person on the ned of the phone. Better prices that a lot of other providers too; I have had many policies through direct gap over the last 8 years and I couldn't say a bad word.
