Awful customer service, been waiting for my phone to arrive for the past 4 days. Have taken 3 full days off work, waiting in all day and no phone has still arrived. Delivery been cancelled on 3 separate occasions and I have only been notified after 6pm. It’s my Eid today and I’ve been waiting for my phone to arrive since 11 in the morning. Absolute shambles. Worst company to deal with!!!

Once awful, always awful

They reported me for a fake review. It was reinstated. I reported them for making fake reviews, and included evidence. They don’t even have a shop and apparently a customer was shown around a shop. Direct Mobiles didn’t report that review for being fake. Direct Mobiles didn’t respond after the reinstatement or edit. Trustpilot didn’t respond so here is another 1 star review for this experience.

I have purchased Phone contracts for myself and my wife over the last 6 years.
I have been able to get the best deals from them.
I have only had to ring them once, and was able to speak to someone in person within 5 minutes.

Took a phone out with these a few years ago. No hassle came really quick and no problems. Stress free and perfect for covid as you do it all online.

Great company dealt with dave and he was spot on very easy to communicate with and very helpful gave me. No pressure to a deal I would highly recommend them one of cheapest rates around on phones also

Been a customer of direct mobiles for the past 4 years now and found that year in year out they offer the best deals on contract prices and service is great when getting the mobiles shipped out to you quickly only spoken to customer services when dealing with upgrading and they have been very helpful. Great phone company!

Shambles of a company poorly trained staff cannot execute simple requests and mis sold products. Poor systems in place to fix issues in purchase please avoid

Always seems to have best deals, I've got my last two contacts of them now, would recommend
