Very helpful company for my condition, explained everything to me about what is available,especially Adam who was amazing in getting us what we wanted.

This was the first time I have needed to book a holiday with disability needs for my husband.
Adam was very helpful and understanding of our needs as well as being polite and friendly.
I would recommend using this company.

Since my mobility has deteriorated I’ve become nervous of using mainstream travel agents. Rooms that have been described as accessible, on arrival I’ve found to just have a grab rail in the bathroom so it was refreshing to see pictures of bathrooms with adequate adaptations. Adam made sure that the taxi transfer from the airport to hotel will suit my needs and has arranged that equipment I need will be waiting for me on arrival which has saved me researching and sourcing wheelchair and wheeled shower chair for my stay. I can look forward to this holiday without any concerns .

Booked a holiday for me and a disabled friend very easily with Adam and his Manchester crew. He respectful asked what our needs were, then quickly and efficiently organised everything. He then found we could get a cheaper price, so organised it and let us know. Will no doubt use this site again. Now just the wait for the holiday to commence. Just returned from a fabulous weekend in Norfolk in a fully accessible holiday cottage we booked through Disabled Holidays. From the initial contact to final booking Abbie has been a great help. She's very knowledgeable about the facilities each house offers and was patient with me having to make changes.
I would certainly book through them again and recommend

Looking for accessible accommodation to take mum and dad away for a few days. Was like looking for a needle in a haystack… so contacted disableholidays.com .. greeted by Lottie, I described the holiday requirements and Lottie said she would get back to me next day. Although Lottie offered multiple city offers our need was to get mum and dad near a beach front and within 1.5hrs of travelling time. Lottie had one (1) venue. Just outside of Weston Super Mare and Brean. Amazing find, mum and dad over 50 years ago use to have a caravan in Brean, so we could go down memory avenue. We did, and we have enjoyed a great venue and establishment. Thank you

It was a great experience booking with Disabled holidays. It is really difficult to find accommodation that is accessible and can meet all my husband’s needs. Charley did an excellent job finding us the perfect villa in an amazing resort. We had accessible transport from the airport and all the way through our holiday in Skiathos. Evan , the owner of the Villa could not have done more for us . Charley made the booking process really easy and we are currently looking to book again with them but next year.

Our holiday was arranged brilliantly by Disabled Holidays. Assistance was available throughout the journey and the hotel we stayed in was excellent. The company could not have been more helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

Abbie always sounded happy and upbeat and provided outstanding professional advice. She made useful suggestions, responded when she said she would and clearly knows how to treat her customers. I felt she went above and beyond and couldn’t do enough. Looking forward to my forthcoming break!

This company is a must for anyone with mobility issues who is desperate to go abroad but finds the thought of sorting everything out overwhelming. Disabled holidays.com were a dream. Assistance at the airport? Sorted. Fully accessible hotel? Sorted. Hiring an electric wheelchair out there which was ready and waiting for us at the hotel? Sorted. They took a huge weight off me and were so good with all of my many questions and making sure everything was in place for my husband’s needs. I even contacted them while on holiday to ask for their help changing our seats on the flight back as my husband couldn’t manage to get to his pre-booked window seat. Huge thanks to Nicola in particular for all her help. This company has got such a good thing going - don’t stop - we really need company’s like this who help make what seems impossible, possible. My husband hadn’t been abroad since his stroke over 2 years ago and being able to go away to find some sun lifted his spirits so much. Thank you thank you thank you, we can’t wait for our next holiday!

Amy at Disabled Holidays went above and beyond to help us with our booking. Because of complex needs we came across difficulties but she helped me with all of them. Asked for quote and i gave them my budget. They came back to me with a suggestive increased budget figure so I asked what this included i.e price of flights, accommodation etc. They then said that if I was happy with the budget increase they can give me a quote which I am still waiting for. If they did not have a quote then how do they know what the correct budget is? I have now booked with an another disabled travel operator.

Booked several times with the company over several years took a lot of stress off me as they have always found what I've wanted sometimes it's taken a while but they never give up. I have delt with many different people at the company and all are the same very polite and helpful. The best part of the getaway for me is seeing my partners face when we are away she has a smile on her face like a Cheshire cat as she didn't think a lot of what we have done was possible. Firstly i gave given them 1 star because you can't write a report without it,in my opinion be very wary about using this company. Using their drop down guidelines for adapted rooms ours was not fully adapted for our needs ,they have no idea of what is accessible within their recommended resorts, we ended up with 4 pools but no disabled access to any. As a holiday company just a little investigation as to what's available would be an advantage to disabled customers. In my opinion I would steer clear of this company do your own research then book direct with the hotel/resort of your choosing and Disabledholidays.com don't bother with any half hearted apologies , they mean nothing , our holiday was extremely disappointing due to your lack of hotel/resort knowledge.We paid a bit extra using a holiday firm we yjought would solve all our holiday needs,trusting you is one mistake I will not be repeating.

Adam and Abi were very helpful in assisting me in finding the right property for the family. We are really looking forward to staying in a lovely looking cottage next year. It's quite overwhelming finding the right place for our first holiday since my husband became disabled. The stress was taken away, Adam was very helpful, will definitely look to book again with Disabled Holidays next time.

Excellent service with staff having a good knowledge of disabled requirements. Would definitely recommend them to anyone with disability needs.

Adam found us a wide range of holidays for our service users who have a different range of disabilities, he was very knowledgeable, friendly and prompt with getting back to us so have now booked for November and our guys are so looking forward to it , thanks Adam
