I recently joined Travel Counsellors and have had such a positive onboarding experience. From my very first conversation with Julia, I felt completely supported. She guided me through each stage of the recruitment process, always felt like she had my best interests at heart, and was consistently on hand to answer my many questions.

I have just completed my Academy training and genuinely loved every minute of it. Kristina and Dawn from the training team have been fantastic, incredibly patient, supportive and encouraging throughout. Their knowledge and approach have left me feeling confident, excited and fully prepared for this new chapter with Travel Counsellors.

I’ve been genuinely impressed with my onboarding experience with Travel Counsellors. From my first interaction with Julia in recruitment through to the business case presentation, induction and training, the process has been first class. Communication was excellent, everything happened as promised, and Kristina’s superb training left me feeling ready and excited to launch my business.

The support has continued beyond training, with ongoing learning, a mentor who has successfully built her own Travel Counsellors business, and help from the wider community. Starting alongside a group of fellow franchisees has also created a close-knit network where we support one another.

From recruitment to launch, I’ve felt supported every step of the way.

I had really done my research when I decided to apply to become a Travel Counsellor. I wanted a travel business with a strong, non-negotiably professional and respected brand identity. I have been considering a TC Franchise over a number of years - being excited about the opportunity but it not being the right time personally. During this time, I was fortunate to have both Angela and, latterly, Julia Speed as my contact.
