Disabled my account for no reason. Support is keeping silence

Oh no! Something went wrong.

Voting blocked. user sent useful vote when i try to vote, this happens!!! users all ignoring my replies on server i use, and you never know when one of users suddenly add you to block list. Screen like crazy shake if add any reactions when someone blocked you in server and my reactions & votes not count in user message and discarded over time. Lack of freedom. 10MB attachment and 2 week notsobot data retention limit. You can't see some people profiles on it for some servers. rubbish Discord app 🤬😡🤬🤬🤬

they have a fake discord server filled with 33k members and fake proofs used to scam you. lost a 70$ item instantly got banned from the discord and blocked.

I joined a server that claimed to offer discounts on V-Bucks. I followed the instructions provided to make a purchase and ended up getting scammed. I searched the server thoroughly for a way to report it, but the only available option was to report individual user profiles which only gives you the option to report just that; their profile.

I then submitted a support ticket through the “Help” tab to alert Discord about this server which has over 16,000 followers. I included screenshots and detailed evidence even showing how my gift card that I was promted to buy was redeemed and I had no product. However, their response was disappointing. They told me the only action I could take was to report an abusive message, and if I was a victim of fraud, I would need to contact law enforcement.

They also stated: “Please note we're unable to use screenshots, bot logs, off-platform information, or attachments to verify content... This ticket will now be closed.”

I submitted the report not just for myself, but to have the server shut down to prevent others from falling victim to the same scam. Discord’s refusal to investigate or take action against a server actively defrauding users is unacceptable.

Laggy and glitchy. Constantly disconnecting. Customer service is nonexistent. Used to be better, but now it's a frustrating experience. Wouldn't recommend.

Picture this: your account gets flagged for “spam” when all you did was join two servers—literally just two—in search of communities. No spamming, no harassment, no inappropriate content. Just clicking “join” twice. That’s it.

Discord’s response? Crickets. Two appeals, both shot down without a shred of evidence or explanation.

You’re left holding a paid subscription—not the basic one, mind you—and you can’t even use it because an overzealous automated system, twitchier than a pro gamer’s mouse, decided you’re a problem. Good luck utilizing that subscription when you’re locked out. For 2 years!!! Your account is flagged, thus limited, for 2 years, for having done nothing wrong but joining 2 servers.

Democracy? Nonexistent. Discord’s word is law, and you don’t get to ask why their opaque system flagged you or what you supposedly did wrong.

Transparency? Accountability? Not in their dictionary.

Thus, when my subscription, which I can't use because my account is limited, expires, I'm going to leave that sordid platform and I recommend everyone do the same.

Complied with the Online Censorship Act. And now Trustpilot are removing reviews they disagree with to appease the governmental overlords.

I was permanently banned from Discord without a valid reason and without any real opportunity to defend myself. I’ve been a respectful user for over 8 years with no prior violations. Recently, I received my first warning for posting an image flagged as inappropriate (the exact same image had been posted by a friend, who was not banned). I accepted the 24-hour image restriction and deleted the image immediately.

However, just two hours later, I received a second warning for something I didn’t do — and shortly after, my account was permanently disabled. Since then, I’ve submitted multiple support tickets but only received automated replies. No human has ever reviewed or responded to my case. All of my appeals were closed without explanation.

The stated reason was “child safety,” which is completely inaccurate — the image involved no minors or any unsafe content. It seems the decision was made entirely by an AI system, without proper context or investigation.

It's incredibly frustrating and unfair to lose an account with years of friendships, communities, and memories — without transparency or a chance to explain myself. I sincerely hope Discord reconsiders how it handles reports and provides proper human support to its users.

Discord ignored my ownership complaint and let an impersonator steal my server.

I’ve been a long-time user of Discord and was the rightful owner of a 400k+ member server. One day, someone impersonated me and Discord transferred the ownership without verifying the identity. I submitted multiple appeals and evidence, but all I got were bot replies. No human support, no accountability.

This issue has affected not just me, but a huge community that I built over years. Discord’s support system failed me completely. I expected better from a platform this large.

I was celebrating my birthday and drinking, when a user (named “Fosa”) asked me for nudes. I said NO. He got mad and falsely reported my account for “child safety.”

Discord banned me without warning or real investigation — no questions asked. I was the victim, and yet my account was deleted while he gets away with abuse.

I lost all my friends, messages, and a very special relationship.

Discord’s Trust & Safety system is deeply flawed and protects abusers more than the people being harassed.

Please fix this. Victims deserve better than this treatment. 🙏🏼

Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen nicht verstehen. Für Leute, die gerne private Fotos und persönliche Informationen und Daten über so eine Software teilen möchten, ist es natürlich nichts, dafür fehlt die Verschlüsselung.
Für meine Spielrunde ist es top.
Man kann chatten, Bilder schicken, Karten und Musik einblenden, würfeln, alles gut!

I’ve had a Discord account since 2017 and used it daily to talk with friends. One night, my account was disabled without warning. The status showed a “Child Safety” violation — which is absurd, since I am an adult and never interact with minors. Later, another violation was added (“Malicious Conduct”) while I was already locked out.

My account was likely hacked earlier this year and used to send scam links. I explained this many times to Discord through their support form — but I only got automated responses with no human review.

The worst part: I had an active annual Nitro subscription (about $50 USD) and also bought items from the Discord store. I only used Nitro for 6 months before being banned — a huge waste of money. I tried everything: support forms, emails, social media. No help at all.

This is unacceptable. No real support, no transparency, no chance to defend myself. I strongly advise anyone to think twice before paying for anything on Discord. I hope they fix this, but so far, I’ve been completely ignored.

I’m 15 and my account was randomly disabled for “Child Safety” even though I did nothing wrong. I only talked with my friends like I always do. No warning no chance to explain.

I appealed and got the same auto-reply from Clyde. I even filed a BBB complaint and Discord still sent the exact same bot message. No human looked at my case.

Now I can’t talk to my friends or get my account back and my phone gets flagged instantly if I log into any account. I just want a proper review. This is really unfair.

I was banned from Discord 20 days ago under a false “child safety” flag after defending myself from transphobic harassment. I’m a 17-year-old trans girl and was reacting emotionally to being called slurs. The person who reported me even admitted in messages that they were over 18 — I included proof in my appeal.

I sent multiple appeals explaining the situation and included screenshots, but I’ve received only automated responses. Discord told me to “check my DMs” for the reason — but they locked me out of my account completely, so I can’t even see the message.

To make matters worse, I’ve been a loyal Discord Nitro subscriber for over 5 years (£15/month) and I’m still being charged with no way to cancel the subscription or request a refund.

I’ve asked for a fair review, or at least the ability to stop paying for a service I no longer have access to — and Discord has done nothing. I’m disappointed and honestly feel ignored.
