moderation is lacking, and takes weeks, ticket system is also failing as they removed the option to make a ticket when there's a serious law being broken, instead they put report options in the app, however this fails dramatically as those reports never make it through and discord has been known to discard reports, it is common sense that mass false reporting a server or person can get them removed, however when there's a real report, no action is taken

I accidentally forgot to cancel my nitro subscription and they won't give me my hard earned money back because it's their terms and conditions. They threatened to permanentally disable my account if I ask for a chargeback on PayPal.

P.S. I asked for a refund under 1 hour of the charge.

Discord er et fantastisk for at kommunikere med sine venner. Men 74 kroner om måneden for den eneste rent faktisk brugbare abonnement er fuldstendigt røvsygt of latterligt

.gg/dreamteam is using players image to sell plans, thats illegal under brazilian and european law. they know have been informed. Hope someone can take them down because they are promoting an illegal activity.

Great app, but the support and refund policy is awful. My friend gifted me nitro and it was great, but then I tried to cancel it but for some reason you cant do it in the mobile app so they charged me for service that I didn't want to pay for. And when I made a request on their support page the only reply I got was from bot saying that there is nothing I can do.

I have been trying to delete my Discord Account. I get return messages from Discord Customer Service that lead me in circles on how to do this, but actually get me nowhere. I got several automated replies asking me to rate my experience with their Customer Service before I actually got a reply from a real person. Well, it may have been an autobot... I just don't know. So, if anyone (a real person please) out there in Discord.com land can delete my account for me leave a message with your email link (a real person please), not a link to another useless "follow these steps guideline."

Jeg har brugt Discord i snart 10 år dagligt, har været betalende medlem næsten ligeså længe og har været overordnet tilfreds med produktet.
Det var så indtil første kontakt med kundeservice. Vågnede op til en besked om min konto var blevet låst fordi jeg skulle have brudt deres "community guidelines". Jeg forsøger så at finde ud af HVAD jeg skulle have gjort, delvis fordi jeg ikke kunne se hvad jeg skulle have gjort galt og delvis for at undgå gentagelser. Det fører så til over en uge, hvor jeg gentagende gange må tage kontakt (Fordi den support-division de vil have jeg kontakter ingen respons giver, ikke engang en automatisk bekræftelse på de har modtaget henvendelsen), og når jeg så skriver andre steder til (Inkl. når jeg specifikt forklarer HVORFOR jeg ikke skriver til den anden side, som jeg allerede har forsøgt flere gange) henviser de bare dertil i en copy/paste besked (Ved det er copy/paste, for modtog det ord-for-ord samme spild af tid hver gang) der tydelgit viser de ikke engang gider læse længere end halvanden linje.

I sidste ende får jeg imponerende nok svar fra den rette afdeling, men kun længe nok til de kan fortælle mig, de mener jeg har brudt deres regler og de vedholder beslutningen.

Brød jeg faktisk nogen regler? Hvem ved, for de kan åbenbart ikke engang fortælle HVILKEN regel der skulle være brudt, hvor, hvornår eller hvordan. Hvorfor overhoved have support når de alligevel ikke kan svare på de simpleste henvendelser?

your favorite server, where you can talk and communicate with people will get removed and you will receive a flag.
if you just joined a server and dont notice the stuff that break the ToS, you will receive a warning which expire in 2 years.
i also showed a picture that didnt have blood, but a little cut wound and the warning expires in 2 years because of that. i texted stuff that i have anger issues and similar to that and i received a warning for that and it expires in 2 years.
and i have active nitro that i bought, but well i guess i can only use my account in the next 2 years because it will get banned. you cannot exist in discord jist because your interests arent butter flies and rainbows.
and also one thing, guess which servers disocrd deletes:
1. a literal server where grown men share porn to minors, shares loli nsfw, even in general where anyone can see
2. a server where people make a group to raid twitch streams etc
3. people where they communicated about politics, military etc where no pornography, pedophilia etc was included
4. frauds, scams
yes, the third one was deleted

Já denunciar varias vezes ao discord de situações que até eram crimes e eles nunca fizeram nada.

O discord é muito inseguro e toxico!

Falsk markedsføring idet Discord lokker med at hvis man køber Nitro, kan man bruge "brugertilpassede emojis overalt" - dette er direkte usandt. Det kommer nemlig helt an på de forskellige serverejeres indstillinger på deres servere.
Jeg fik refunderet mit Nitro-køb på den baggrund, men selvom jeg igen og igen og igen har påpeget, at den fejlagtige og vildledende tekst stadig står uændret, sker der intet.
Nu er Discords team så bare holdt op med at besvare mine henvendelser...

Nåhja, og gør dog så man kan blokere brugere, ikke kun ignorere dem. På større servere giver det ikke mening, at man ikke kan det.

NB: Dato er sat som d.d., da dette fortsat er et problem. Hvis det er vigtigt med korrekt dato for hændelser(ne), finder vi naturligvis frem til dette.

I've not even been able to use this service!
I tried setting up an account, was asked to log in after verifying my email address but when I tried I was told my account was disabled for logging in too many times.
I've tried to contact Discord and submitted support requests but it's been over a month and they've still not helped!

Ich war in eine Gruppe eingeladen worden und habe dort eine Beitrittsanfrage gemacht. Ich war in dieser Gruppe niemals als Vollmitglied aufgenommen worden geschweige habe ich dort irgendwelche Aktionen getätigt. Ich war danach um die 2 Monate lang offline. Zwischenzeitlich hatte sich herausgestellt, dass diese Gruppe wohl gegen Richtlinien von Discord verstoßen hat und nur weil ich irgendwie nicht ganz oder halb dort angekommen war wurde auch mein Account "schwer eingeschränkt" und geflagged. Weder hatte ich Gelegenheit mich von etwaigen Verstößen zu distanzieren noch war ein Verstoß zu vermuten, zumal ich die ganze Zeit offline war.

In dem Regelwerk behält sich das Unternehmen vor Members erziehen zu wollen. Nun, es ist ihnen gelungen, dass ich erkannt habe, dass passive bloße Mitgliedschaften auch nur in einer Gruppe Dich als User Deinen Account kosten kann wegen unzugestimmter Herumschnüffelei seitens des Betreibers.

Ich sehe darin einen nicht hinnehmbaren EKLATANTEN Verstoß gegen Persönlichkeitsrechte und der Privatsphäre. Ein Hohn ist dann, dass man unter Einstellungen / Schutz und Privatsphäre dann seine "Verstöße" dann sehen kann und diese auf ewig mit dem Account verbunden bleiben.

Ich kann von Glück reden, dass ich kein geborener Netzwerker bin und nur eine wertvolle Gruppe zu verlieren habe. Ich werde mich ingame mit deren Betreiber in Verbindung setzen, dass ich voll informiert bleibe, so dass ich Discord verlassen kann und auf meinen persönlichen Index setze. Wann immer Ihr vermeiden könnt mit solchen Unternehmen zu arbekten, vermeidet es um Euren eigenen Schutz Willens.

Der Support ist informiert, das muß ich der Fairness halber auch sagen, aber hat bislang nicht reagiert.

I wanted to buy 120k robux and it was really cheap so i wanted to buy when i made the payment the seller needed more because he needed to pay his suplier back so i gave him €30,00 then i asked him if he already buy my game pass he said the bot did it but the bot never buy my game pass i saw 0 sales on my game pass and there was nothing in my pending so he said to me if u pay me extra €35,00 i can instant deliver your robux and he never did! NEVER BUY AT STOCKERS (i have a lot of proves) All my money is gone sadly…

Unfortunately, whether you report beheading videos or death threats, you will not be able to follow the status of your report. If you contact discord support in search of answers they become unresponsive and close the ticket

Open community and nice moderation. Discord is great. They have a lot of freedom of speech. Different servers allow owners to have more control and freedom over moderation than corporate.

Fear not, None of these platforms will Scam You. Why would They ???? They are literally selling you WIND. So no doubt you will get what you buy. For only 100€ you can get easily 5K Fake Members (Yes Five Thousand). Then slowly but Surely your server will see all this bots joining you ….
You want them to discuss a Few ? Fear Not, you can perfectly buy It too. And slowly But surely you will have Fake posts on your server full of Fake Members. And then 1 Day you will Join yourself an other server which indicate 20K Members. And you know what ? It will be Full of Bot too. But no way you will have, to get a mindful talk with someone Real.

But the true Question is: How a Corporation can get so easily so much bots inside its own platform ?
Simple: Because it's the Corporation itself which make them.

And here we have to come to an interesting point of the USA legislation. Technically it's LEGAL. There are no laws in USA which prohibits this. Did you see the trick I'm showing you ?

They don't have more members than other platforms but they can advertise fake amount of Members. While at the Opposite You can not do this in Europe.

So obviously each time you have a New "Social Media/Community Hub" (Even out of Nowhere), when it come from USA it's instantly a HIT because they can said they have MILLIONS AND MILLIONS of members even if it's wrong …. While in Europe it's Hopefully illegal.

Did you never have been surprise when you come on such place that no one talk to you ? Well now you know the trick.

But that's not it. If at least the few remaining members was kind to be intelligent it could still be nice but Unfortunately Discord is probably the most regressive platforms I ever saw.
- From 1 Hand you have an insane amount of primitive nsfw (sometime between 12 Years old kids …. Obviously they see it the whole Day so Kids told them: "If we do the same we are going to become rich/famous too")
- And from the other Hand we also reach the limbo of the Decadence or the pinnacle of the barbarity, with talk never exceeding an 8 Years Old Kid's intellectual level.
