Account was hacked, I was messaged to pay 20 dollars to get it back. I reported it and the only way to contact them was by mail that their bot replies to.. in the meantime I get a bunch of mails saying that I have breached the tos... the bot does not understand that I don't have access to the account and tells me to log in to see why or how I breached the tos. I still get mails that I breach the tos

overcomplicated for just chats!!!
To sign up and login to community I needed to prove that I am human 5 times, they don't care about my time and think is good use of my time to tell them what is there in an image.... like if a bot could not do it even better than me.
I can not believe companies use their service... probably companies that are not very transparent neither

Blokowanie kont z powodu nieprzypięcia numeru telefonu do konta. Błąd z weryfikacją i wprowadzania numeru telefonu do konta. Brak odpowiedzialności względem obsługi klienta na odpisanie problemu.
Ignorowanie kompletnie jakichkolwiek prób oraz próśb o usunięcie danych zgodnie z zasadami RODO.

Jeg har brugt Discord i over 4 næsten 5 år og benytter det dagligt, men for første gang har jeg været nødt til at kontakte deres support. Desværre har det været en meget skuffende oplevelse. Jeg modtog kun automatiserede svar, der ikke adresserede mine spørgsmål eller gav nogen forklaring. Når jeg forsøgte at kontakte dem igen, fik jeg præcis de samme svar, uden mulighed for at få en reel dialog. Det føles som om, de ikke tager brugernes problemer seriøst, og det har været frustrerende. Jeg håber, at Discord forbedrer deres support fremover. De gider dog stadig ikke at svare efter 5 dages (kun en bot som svare med det samme)

Psychologically severely underdeveloped sick minds are at the forums, specially Discord.

Please hire some good UX designers (or if you have good ones, let them work in peace). This app is going downhill.
Always bugged, doesnt inform when there's a problem with connection (so you keep on talking while the person cant hear), redirects to speaker when the other person starts showing you their video (had my eardrums on blast for quite some times now)

Time to switch to another app -_-

Ich bin anscheinend einem Server beigetreten, der gegen irgendwelche Richtlinien verstossen hat. Mein Account wurde nun eingeschränkt und ich kann nicht mal mehr auf meinem eigenen Server auf Kommentare etc antworten. Habt ihr einen an der Waffel! Ich hätte es verstanden, wenn man mich einfach von diesem Server geworfen hätte, der angeblich gegen irgendwelche Richtlinien verstösst, aber nicht gleich mein komplettes Konto einschränken, nur weil ich auf einen Server eingeladen wurde ihr Pfeifen!

Mein Konto wurde sehr eingeschränkt, da ich angeblich gegen die Richtlinien verstoßen habe. Ich habe nur ein paar Freundschaftsanfragen jemanden gesendet und das war alles und nun bekomm ich Warnung nach Warnung reingedrückt.
Für jede Freundschaftsanfrage die ich versende, werde ich fürs ,,Spammen" verwarnt. Ich habe schon mittlerweile 4 Warnungen auf mein Konto erhalten die erst nach 2 Jahren verfallen. Außerdem werde ich immer aus Discord rausgeworfen und ich muss mich dannach immer ständig mit der E-Mail verifizieren.
Wer hat sich sowas ausgedacht dass ich verwarnt werde? Gehts noch? Ich bin jetzt seit knapp 4 Jahren auf Discord und ihr verwarnt mich immer für ,,Spammen" wenn ich jemanden eine Anfrage schicken möchte? Ich spam niemanden zu, das ist euer dummes System was mich immer verwarnt. Einspruch wurde nicht mal richtig durchgelesen und bekam sofort eine Nachricht, dass die Verwarnung bleibt. Euch ist das egal wenn ihr Leute warnt oder was? Aufjedenfall werde ich mein Account löschen weil ich echt kein bock auf euer verarsch System habe macht das bei jemand anderen, aber bei mir nicht ihr habt mich als User verloren!
Euer Support gibt auch per E-Mail keine Antwort also war das auch mit Discord dann könnt ihr eure Verwarnungen sonst wo hinschieben!

Exactly what the title have said, stop the bad decisions on the platform and improve the goddamn mobile app, it's so laggy, poor performance, and makes my device ultra bloody hot. This is not for older discord versions (about before August 2022) when is all good. Listen here, if you ever wanted to make changes with the UI or anything else like feature additions and whatsoever stuff, then think twice and use your goddamn brain on what others, millions to billions of people using the platform would think. Don't just think people would deal with it easily, some has a hard learning curve, so just THINK or you even hire brainless developers?

They assumed I'm a bot but since I'm nice I gave them 5 stars and I'm completly using a mobile number but still rejected but when it decided to and work I sent the SMS and didn't get it and I have a community in that account they assumed i was a bot because I was adding people to join my server so discord if you are seeing this please take the screen of my account it's hard for me to take care of my server I have all my friends their I could never see them unless it takes the screen off and My discord is domiehomie and I'm not a bot or a hacker spammer Ect I'm not any of those. I recently emailed them today and they couldn't help.😁
