Discount Florida Car Hire レビュー

An exceptional service from start to finish - Andy offered brilliant advice from the point of requesting a quote to the day prior to our departure when our nerves got the better of us. At no point did I feel pressurised to buy extra add ons or upgrades and cannot fault the service one bit.

Would highly recommend to anyone looking to hire a car in the US and will definitely be using Discount Florida Car hire again.

Superb service from Andy! Booking the vehicle was nice and simple, prices were incredibly competitive and the service was superb. What separated this booking from others was the sat nav hire service offered.

Was dubious about the hassle of waiting in for device to be delivered and having to send it back after the holiday vs. the ease of just collecting something from the car rental company, but Andy made this process so easy! I received an email when the device was dispatched with a delivery date, when it arrived, it included a self addressed package which made returning device nice and simple. Would definitely use again for future trips!

Great service, good communication from company, clear instructions, cheapest car hire. Really straight forward at the airport to get the car. Free satnav too. Highly recommended

Superb service from start to finish. Highly recommended

Great service from day one, price as competitive as you'll find anywhere. I arranged a pick up after the day we got into Florida as at my age (77) I don't relish driving in the dark. Pick up was smooth at a location an easy walk from our hotel. Alamo agent couldn't have been more helpful, non of the pressure sale for extra insurance. Car (Nissan Rogue) had only done 650 miles, top spec too (reversing camera, car proximity warning etc etc). Drop off easy too. I recommend Discount Florida Car Hire, the complementary satnav was very handy despite being to Florida frequently over the last 20 years. Roads do change over time. Many thanks DFCH.

Great service, really good price and answered my queries really quickly

Was recommended by a friend and did not disappoint! Cheaper than what we were being quoted going direct to Alamo and being able to walk off the plane and straight into a car was a welcome added bonus. Sat Nav postal service worked well and they are quick to respond to any questions. Would happily use again

Fantastic service - They were the cheapest provider for Alamo I could find. I reserved a car without even leaving a deposit and when the price came down they re-booked me at the new lower price!

Oh, and you can do Alamo 'Skip the Counter'

I would definitely use again - very highly recommended

Andy at Discount Florida Car Hire arranged the hire of a 7 people carrier with Alamo. Everything was perfect from the minute enquired. They are so well organised and explain all you need via email, had no problems whatsoever. Highly recommend to call Andy for a car hire.

Great service all round from start to finish would definitely recommend Andy and will be using him again in the near future

Great company no hassles quick and easy pick up and drop off also got free upgrade when arrived will use again when we return to Orlando

Fantastic service, no issues at all and would gladly use again.

I used Discount Florida Car to rent a vehicle for our recent trip to Orlando. We looked around and took confidence from other users positive comments, and have to say we weren’t disappointed. Andy has been spot on in all aspects of his service, he’s been professional, flexible, timely in his communications, and we’ve been back just over a week and he’s emailed to ensure everything went well. I would recommend his services and more importantly I would use Discount Florida Car Hire again.

Cannot fault the service provided by Andy and his team. What could be for some a daunting prospect of hiring a car and driving in a foreign country. This is made so much easier by the support and guidance offered by Andy at Discount Florida Car Hire.
Will be my first choice again when we revisit the Sunshine State.
100% recommend this service.

Thank you to Andy at discount Florida car hire for making renting our vehicles stress free. The whole process from the initial booking to sending back the rented sat navs was simple.

Andy was also always on hand to answer and questions or queries. I can not recommend DFCH enough, great service at really competitive rates. I’ll be definitely using them again on our next visit to Florida.

We have used Discount Florida Car Hire on 3 occasions now (most recently Oct 2019) On each trip, they have offered us the best price (the hire was via Alamo).
I have asked Andy one to two questions for which I always received a very quick response (usually within the hour).
The option of hiring a Sat Nav via Andy is great since the delivery/return of the device is arranged for you.
If we go to the USA again, we will definitely arrange the car hire via Andy.

Excellent service, prior to going to Florida Andy gave me examples of what I should be looking for to avoid hidden charges. I had never hired a vehicle in the US before and Andy's help was invaluable. There were no sat navs available at the time but Andy told me to download the offline map App Navmii and it worked brilliantly without the need for data, using this I found my way around Orlando and then a trip to Clearwater beach too. I hired a minibus and the Florida office didn't have one when I went to pick it up, I emailed Andy and he got straight onto them and one was found. On returning it the Florida office tried to add a $10 fee that hadn't been agreed and again Andy got straight onto them and had it cancelled. The customer service from Discount Florida Car Hire is first rate and I would definitely recommend them, I would certainly use them again.

This is the second time we have used DFCH and the service as before was first class. Communication from start to finish was excellent and even after booking Andy managed to come back with an even better price. Can not recommend highly enough.

Received an absolutely fab service from Andy at discount Florida car hire, would defo recommend and will be using them again on our next visit to Florida⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

This is my 2nd or 3rd time I have used discount Florida car hire, and I can say hand on heart they are absolutely fantastic. So easy to book online, best price, and free sat nav. What else could you wish for. I always book Alamo car hire through this website as they are one of the biggest and have a great range of cars. Also the bonus of being able to check in online so you fill in few details and provide driving licence details and then print off your confirmation and go straight to the car not the desk. So no queuing up when you get there. Brilliant. I have recommended this firm to all my friends who have booked to go Florida. I will be using them again next year.5 stars.
